IHOP — Restaurant in Oswego Township

I came in with a few of my friends. To start, My friend ordered a mountain dew that was watered down and was a whole 3$. He ordered a Spinach and Mushroom Omelette with tomatoes and Swiss cheese with Hash Browns. Instead of Swiss cheese and hash browns, he got American cheese and got PANCAKES instead of hash browns. Completely ridiculous. At the end, the total for our food was mind boggling. The friend who had all the mistakes was charged the most out of All of us. ( Keep in mind i had a pancake combo and my other friend got a appetizer platter and Mac n cheese with a kids meal discount while having a full grown beard! ). I brought it up to the Waitress ( Taylieth ) who explained to me that the 3 pancakes, which was on his receipt even though he specifically asked for only hash browns with his meal. was charged because it was the same as other combos. I didn't feel like having an argument with the waitress and having to call a manager from home. I don't think me and my friends will ever come back unless a manager starts working nights on a weekend. The waitress ( according to her ) that has only been there 1 week and is running night shifts on weekends...

I went on Christmas. There was a waiting list and the skipped my name twice because the didn't know how to pronounce it. I had to ask why 2 people with the sane amount of people in their group who came after me were called before me for them to just say oh my bad, I didn't know how to pronounce it but you can be seated next. I waited literally 2 hours (no exaggeration) for my party of 3 food. At the time it wasn't a big deal since I figured the holiday rush made them busy. Once the food finally came, the waitress told us they completely forgot to put one of our food in entirely(meaning an extra 30-qhr wait), my sandwich was brought without it's fries(said they'll bring it when they bring out the forgotten order), and the 3rd order pancakes was very hard due to them keeping it in (I'm assuming) a heater as they waited for the rest of the food to be done. The experience, although a run off was absolutely terrible and ruin our Christmas. The atmosphere was ok though, it welcomes conversations, so we wasn't complaining about how long it took until they completely botched our order. So we just left at that...

One of the worst service I had ever experienced. We get there and get seated but obviously the girl who sat us didn't even give us eye contact before I could say anything she had left...I needed to be seated at a table due to back issues so we sat our selves where I needed to be to feel more comfortable..then we were waiting for a good 15-20min before someone came to ask us if we wanted a drink and the waitress who took our order had been chit chatting away talking while we waited and waited then she took our order and waited we finally got out food while that happend another gentleman was upset cause he had been waiting for his order more than 30 min obviously he was upset cause we got our food..we only received one napkin which asked for more finally we were leaving were being rushed to pay I waited for my wife since she was in the bathroom went to the register and the same chit chatter was chatting away watching us stand there waiting to pay after she finished talking bout her personal life she decided to cash us out...they need to get better servers last...
