Poke Bros. — Restaurant in Oswego Township

This was my second time coming to the Oswego location, because the first time the food was absolutely amazing so I decided to come back again today. I arrived at the location and as I am getting out my car I noticed the worker putting her hand in her month bitting her nails and rubbing her face. I proceeded to walk in and I was for sure that she would automatically wash her hands before putting the gloves on, but to my surprise she didn’t do that and asked me and my daughter what we wanted to eat, so I politely asked her if she could please wash her hands. I usually don’t do these reviews but since it wasn’t the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time I decided to write one. I won’t be coming back to this location. Time and time again they short change you. Paying 15$+ for each of these bowls, is insane to me. Pick up is always worse than in person and I should have known. This was straight from the bag. Messed up orders 2 of 3 time we have been there. I did not inform them of the error the first time. The second time I did only because I paid for extra items and they were not in the order. The poor excuse of customer service I got back stated basically an error occurred but absolutely nothing will be done to rectify the issue.
