The only reason this made it to review was, we had gift cards. After this experience I wouldn't eat here for free. It was the single filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. We were greeted casually, by two young girls talking to each other. When we were asked if we would like a table in the bar area for no wait time, we agreed, only to be told to pick a table, which is not uncommon, however they were ALL filled with garbage and food remains. She then proceeded to offer to clean a table with a wonderfully executed eye roll, and by clean the table I mean moved the dirty plates over to the next dirty table and back handed the rest of the crumbs on the floor, gave us our menus and walked away. After we got out drinks ordered, we finally flagged down the only bus boy, and he explained he was sorry but the only one working that night. When our appetizers arrived, not one, but all five of the plates were instantly recognizable that they were NOT WASHED, there were bits of carrots, onions, and finger prints on all of them. At this point it was a miracle we hadn't walked out yet, again the meal would be paid for with gift cards. As we waited for our main course, the multitude of employees doing nothing but talking was astounding, considering how filthy the tables surrounding us were. Our food was below average at best, and the only saving grace besides our waitress, was the fact I get to leave this review. 0/10 DO NOT EAT HERE....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI understand it is Motherās Day and a lot of people had the idea of doing curbside pick up but Red Robin was not prepared and there were a lot of angry momās today. We placed the order online because we couldnāt get through on the phone and it say it would be ready in 20 min. When my daughter got there the line was backed all the way up and she ended up being in line for well over an hour. My daughter called me after and hour and explained there were are 2 people delivering the food and they were walking back in with the food. There was no organization or system for things to go smoothly. I called the store to ask what the protocol was because we did not want cops food since we were told 20 min and it was more like an hour and 20 min. Someone named SARAH answered and couldnāt have been more rude and she hung up on me while trying to get answers. I donāt know who the manager working today was but hanging up on a paying customer is uncalled for. When my daughter finally gets the food they forgot to give her the full order. She had to wait for one to walk by again to get their attention and they didnāt even apologize. In the future Covid-19 or not they need to have enough staff to deliver food and have someone who is nice answering the phone! I wonāt even complain about you cold food because that was obvious when my daughter called after and hour and said she was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like to think of myself as being somewhat of a burger expert, my colleague and I are currently in the process of fabricating the burger manifesto, a book that delves into the complex nature of hamburgers. My colleague and I love dining at the red robin, we have sunk our teeth into countless burgers and we have always been satisfied with the expertly crafted burgers. Up until last night, my colleague and I decided to order some burgers, we are simple men, so we like simple toppings, perhaps some cheese with lettuce and tomato, nothing more, nothing less, we opted for the red robin gormet cheeseburger, when an item has the word gormet in it, you expect a gormet burger. This burger arrived to us with mayonnaise and relish slopped all over it. Who in their right mind would decide these peasant ingredients to be considered gormet? When we thing of gormet we think of only the most premium of toppings such as bacon or perhaps a light coating of a special sauce, we don't think of liquid eggs and liquid pickles. We are still going to dine at this establishment as we do love burgers, but we will never forget...
