BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Oswego Township

I've gone here since the opening and I'm so disappointed today. First, my boyfriend asked for sweet potato noodles and who im assuming is the manager, didn't say anything and just put his bowl to the side waiting for a new batch of noodles to be cooked. If you knew you were low on noodles, you should already be cooking them, not when you run out. Anyway, the manager continued serving least 8 people as we were waiting in the line, didn't say a word to us about the noodles so we were just standing there awkwardly for 8-10 mins while people were walking around us. No apology, no anything. The cherry on top was that I had a piece of PLASTIC in my food and chewed on it until I spit it out and realized what it was. When I went to show the manager asking for a refund or a new bowl, she didn't say sorry at first just gave me a card for a new bowl and said "sorry about that, have a good day." The picture of the plastic deleted or else I would've attached it. I loved this place but this experience...

This place hasn't been open for long and their pricing is now THROUGH THE ROOF!!!! They started their bowl meal deal where you get a bowl (I always got Korean BBQ with purple rice, broccoli, corn, cheese, and eggs and it's FANTASTIC), a drink and a cookie for $9.99. Then of course it goes up to $10.99, $11.99, and now $12.99..... Lure you in at $10 and raise it to $13. Fine, it's business - 3 bucks, no biggie.

Went to order today as a big fan of this place and a repeat customer and it's now $12.99, add the lemonade in for another $3.19, and now add in a cookie for $1.50. Let's see here, we're now at $17.68 + $1.68 in tax bringing a lunch to $19.36.

NINTEEN DOLLARS AND THIRTY SIX CENTS..... FOR LUNCH!?!?! You guys must be OFF YOUR GORD.

I will NEVER come back to this place ever again as I REFUSE to spend ALMOST TWENTY DOLLARS for lunch!!!! ...

This place is absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I get it every Monday (Meatless Monday is 20% off Tofu/Veggie bowls!). But we also get it other days during the week when we cannot help ourselves. Lol! We are obsessed! The food is always fresh, they give generous portions and the staff are always very friendly! We choose to order through the BiBiBop app—where you can then just drive up to the window and receive your order. You also get points every time you order which then leads to rewards! The bowls usually last us two meals so for the price it is worth every penny. We are truly Grateful for this specific location, the food and any business that supports meat-free options is high on our list of respect! Thank you so much to everyone that works here!
