Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oswego Township

Nice staff that made the pizzas well. If anyone can complain about a 5 dollar pizza in todays economy they have to be out of their mind lol I just went to this location last Friday May 3rd and they were not picking up the phones. When I arrived I placed my order and they said it would be 25 min. Granted during my wait I heard a bunch of people getting upset at the staff due to a longer wait. The poor manager stated he was short staffed and could not take workers away from their stations to take additional orders over the phone. During my 42 min wait time I heard several people going off. I just wanted to say the quote from fast times at Ridgemont high "What a D*#K!". Back in the early 90s I would have told the guys in the back to give them a "Special" ingredient lol. When I got my pizzas they were loaded with pepperoni and were absolutely delicious for the huge cost of 6 plus dollars each for the extra. The most well groomed friendly staff with a serious overload of orders so please give them a break ok? Like I said I used to work at one location back in 93 and we were wrapped together with all of those phone cords on weekends.... yes phone cords lol. So if you need your order quick I would recommend ordering on line. They are trying but the amount of orders they have is unreal. Another thing I would like to add. When someone shows up after you and gets their pizza first I am sure it is because it was just an extra etc that is not requested as...

Good service to their customers. They try to move quickly to get orders fulfilled (not in a rude way, haha). They're also handling the Covid situation well. Pizzas go through 600° ovens and food is not physically touched after cooking; I asked an employee about their precautions. Also, since it's often busy, your best bet is not the phone but online. Use their pizza portal option for pick-up.

P.S. a lot of the one or two star reviews are from whiners and people with too high expectations. I don't work here but some (not all) reviews were just scathing ignorance.

1. It's a very busy place at times. It's off of a highway and in a heavy foot traffic location. Even if you order ahead, they may be running behind bc of just how many orders get placed.
2. You can't expect to go to ANY food place close to closing and expect great quality. Most equipment is being cleaned/put away to prepare for the next to null orders in the last 30-60min.
3. It's good for what you're paying. It's $5+ for a pizza, with reasonable wait times considering everything going on. Don't expect Rosati's quality when you pay and wait. You went to LC for a reason...
4. Some people either never worked in the food industry or choose to forget how demanding it can be. Be nice to...

wish i could give it 0 stars. i’ve gone to this location for YEARS and the past few weeks i have been disappointed each and every single time. the only location nearby so i have no other choice but to come to this location. rude RUDE employees every single time i go in. ruins the appetite… a simple “hi how can i help you” would work,, again JUST THE bare minimum… so i went to order.. and the cashier is rude, zero no patience, and was rushing me to order… the girl on the counter didn’t make the customer feel welcomed so after that i go to my car and come back 20 min later and NO ONE is at the front.. and there is multiple customers waiting for their food with me.. we were standing there unattended for about 10 min… some cook from the back finally helped us… but the rude girl who took my order was no where to be found.. at least find someone to cover you while you’re gone… better start hiring better people with better...
