Pizza Cucina — Restaurant in Oswego Township

We've ordered delivery from Pizza Cucina for years, but this was our first time visiting the restaurant to dine in.

What a treat! The restaurant is clean, and has a "lived-in" feeling that really appeals to us. It's not like one of those snooty fancy places where you feel like you're going to break something and be looked down on, it's a welcoming place where we were treated like family and made to feel at home.

The food was awesome, as always, and they were accommodating to give us a pizza with a portion mushroom-free for our youngest who doesn't enjoy mushrooms.

As I previously said, we've ordered delivery from them for many years, but dining in only added to the experience! Their food is always good, but being brought to the table fresh bumped it into another category! Definitely worth the effort of visiting.

We had fried mushrooms and fried ravioli as appetizers, and they were awesome as well.

If you're looking for a place to take the family for a decent pizza and missing the days when the family-owned pizzeria was plentiful, this place will bring back some great memories and deliver on the quality.

I've been going to this restaurant for years. Recently the restaurant has changed and the last time I went this month, I found a bug in my drink. the drinks are self served. I always rinse my cup off with water prior to pouring any drink in it. I rinse my drink out and poured myself a soda and then sat. As I was drinking the drink I noticed there was a bug in it. I let the front know about this and all she did was just take the drink and say get another one. I expect more due to the fact that a clean environment is legally demanded and pizza cuisina failed to provide and this is not right . I have family that work in restaurants and this is not acceptable for the clients and it's a huge liability and pizza cucina just shrugged it off. On 9/2 my friends and I decided to try a new pizza place, this place had good reviews so we gave it a shot. After placing my order over the phone I was told the pizza would be delivered within the hour. About 1 hour 15 minutes later the driver called me and said he went to the wrong neighborhood and that it would be another 20 minutes... I'm not sure how it is possible to go to the wrong neighborhood when he was given the address. A total time of around 1 hour 30 minutes went by before we got our pizza and the place is only around 10 minutes away... We ordered a 12" stuffed crust and a 12" thin crust, both were lukewarm at best, both were bland to ok regarding overall taste, the stuffed crust is not what I expected at all it was more of a deep dish and the crust was not stuffed.
