9ers Grill — Restaurant in Oswego Township

Pleasantly surprised to finally have deliscious food for a great price in my neighborhood! Cant wait to refer friends and family. we paid under 20 bucks both got sandwiches, pulled pork & grilled chicken (and the buns are amazing), loaded potato (Huge and amazing), & the loaded baked potato... so good.. and I'm super picky. I'll def be back to try more since everything was amazing.. I keep spending tons of money on other restaurants hoping since its expensive it will be amazing.. and I'm constantly disappointed. After 2 years I finally tried this place and I'm ashamed to say it took so long. Now it'll be one of out weekly go tos♡ Thanks again!! Having to revise this... I'm always back for the good food.... but its never consistent. I'm here every week at least twice a week. They always forget the ranch cup for the chicken tenders... ALWAYS. I always take to go orders so guess I need to ck it better. Also the loaded potatoes are never actually loaded just a sprinkle of cheese and bacon. The loaded bake potato soup is sometimes creamy sometimes super thick. Samdwhiches are sometimes deliscious sometimes mehh... depends on cook.. everything is pretty good.. breakfast isnt had it a couple times and taste like from a box. But dinner is good... it would be awesome if the staff was a little more on top of everything. Sucks not...

Today I stopped by the restaurant and had a wonderful experience overall. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable young cashier who took the time to explain the menu in detail. The food that was served was delicious, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying every bite. However, despite the excellent service from the cashier, I couldn't help but notice a concerning behavior from one of the waitresses. Throughout my meal, she seemed to be glued to her phone, constantly laughing and paying little to no attention to the customers. It was disheartening to see that she appeared to prioritize her phone over her job and the customers she was supposed to be serving. As I observed her, I couldn't help but wonder why a professional establishment would allow their employees to be so distracted by their personal devices in front of customers. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional, and it certainly left a sour taste in my mouth despite the tasty food that I had just enjoyed. Less than impressed. Although our meal had some positives, all the negatives added up to be too much to enjoy. We stood at the entrance waiting to be seated, but after quite a bit of time figured out we needed to go place an order. Would have been nice to be directed where to go by a sign at least. The menu is massive with lots to choose from. Our items took just over 14 mins from order to our table, which can be good or bad. I ordered the new York steak and was disappointed by how far over done it was, I ordered medium rare and received medium well. The potato salad was good but coleslaw lacked flavor. Never received the salad that was supposed to come with my meal, and the dinner roll was extremely chewy. My wife ordered "the wake up toaster", the sandwich itself was very good, but the hash browns were undercooked and were wet. The kids Mac and cheese had a huge portion. The mac and cheese was flavorless but the steak fries were cooked well and were plentiful. Overall after this experience we will likely...
