(I wish i can rate this the 0 star this encounter deserves) So i ordered a McChicken and small fries (earlier tonight) (around 11pm) Friday Oct 28th, 2016. I barely finish the food (i literally just swallowed my last bite). I feel like I'm going to throw up. I tried to calm my stomach and soothe myself to prevent myself from throwing up. That failed. I started project vomiting (it was violent) in the parking lot. I started knocking on the window because i was throwing up so much, i felt that i needed help. The management did absolutely nothing. I had to get my car (while i was still throwing up) drive up to the drive thru and explain that i was knocking because i needed help, and that the food i ordered made me sick. The (female) manager stated that it takes 24hrs for me to get sick after eating their food. She also told me that this was told to her by her store manager. I told her that's not how food works. I told her I just swallowed my last bite and i started throwing up violently. I told her that they should probably block off the parking lot, so people don't drive in my throw up. I felt that it was the courteous thing to do. I asked what they can do for me, for not evening checking if i was alright. Honestly, i was just looking for an apology for being blown off. She (the mostly spanish speaking night "manager") instantly blew me off and dismissed me. Stating there's nothing we can do. She must have thought i wanted free food, but if that food made me that sick, why would i want more of the same? The same lady looked at me and said I dont believe you cuz apparently i was laughing at a conversation my friend were having. Another manager came and spoke to me, he gave the contact information for their manager. Im so upset that a manager can treat a customer like that. McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves. I posted a picture of my throw up for the manager that didn't believe me. Here it is. I recommend that you NEVER go...
Read moreIf i could give this place 0 stars i would. Several times that i've been here, i've had so many wrong orders and horrible service that im not even sure why we still go to this one. Tonight they basically lied to us about what happy meal toys they had (normally, this wouldn't matter, except i was looking forward to getting some Pokemon cards with the 25 year anniversary logo and instead got a mildly creepy anthropomorphized tiny game of life). The other night, i ordered a double QP w/ cheese and bacon only. They charged for that, but instead gave a double QP with cheese, onion, ketchup, pickles, and possibly mustard (could've just been very melted cheese). They do that CONSTANTLY at this one, completely ignoring order slips. I've also had to learn to check my tea to make sure that i'm actually getting unsweetened, and since i'm diabetic, getting a sweet tea when i'm expecting an unsweetened is horrible, and means i don't get an actual drink with my meal. One time, all i ordered was A large fry, An Unsweetened tea, and a Coke. easy, right? WRONG. they tried to give us a mcdouble and a salad. they did however get my tea correct for once. But, the coke i had bought for my dad was a diet coke instead. Tonight when i got my happy meal, not only were the signs misleading in what they had for a toy, but the nuggets in my meal were stale and strangely spicy. Once i ordered a burger using the indoor kiosk, and they somehow gave e a burger with NO BUN. This McDonalds is the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to in my life. do not go to this one, even if...
Read moreBad management running this location. The young teens and management lack customer service skills and aren’t customer focused. Visitation to this location both inside and Drive-thru weren’t any different.
Drive-thru experience- Order placed, confirmed several times and received. My wait time was about 7mins. I received my order and the entire order was wrong. I go inside to correct this matter with my receipt. The receipt is correct food placed in the bag was wrong. The manager on duty handles my order. I can hear her speaking my order to employees to ensure it’s made right this time. I received my food and head back to the car because I know the order had to be right this time because I’d heard her speaking the order to the employees, WRONG! I head back inside and ask for a refund because my order was still wrong.
In-person experience- The main Lobby smells horrible and isn’t clean at all. Dirty entryway doors and windows. Animal waste is very heavily in the air/atmosphere inside. They do allow dogs and maybe other animals inside. Upon my visit inside there was no line or customers however instead of being greeted and helped by taking my order everyone in the kitchen just stared as they horsed around. Aware that they (employees) could be visibly seen in the kitchen as it’s an open concept from the front counter, they stared, laughed and continued playing around in the kitchen.
I chose to leave and drive further to...
