This Taco Bell location might be the worst I have ever been to in my life. On multiple occasions the food has been old and soggy, the order is messed up every single time whether it is the wrong item or plain and simply missing an item. The service is typically awful especially on the night shift. Tonight specifically I ordered a frozen Baja bast and they just gave me a regular soda, and when I bring it up to them they say well thatâs not what you paid for. Is that really how your customer service is?? You messed up the order not me, you even read it back to me as a frozen Baja blast. On top of this I ordered a chips and cheese, nice and simple right? Thatâs what I thought until I reached my house and realized I got cheese and no chips. It was a simple 3 item order and two of them got messed up, thatâs ridiculous. In all the fast food places I worked the customer always was treated well and got what they asked for whether we messed up the order or not because thatâs how customer service is supposed to be. I am never returning again, no other Taco Bell has ever been this bad...
   Read moreThis Taco Bell is right up the street from my house literally less than a mile away. so I have the unfortunate pleasure, of always hearing from my friends and family that this is the worst Taco Bell that ever been to. Today I finally got fed up after receiving a completely wrong order that took 30 minutes to receive which McDonaldâs across the street any other Taco Bell would get done in five minutes. When I call the store manager Rachel to explain to her that I just been there earlier and someone had obviously just taken a bunch of cold beans and tossed in a tortilla shell which was a totally separate thing the night before, so called when today she hung up on me after telling me some how no one els works there lol, like I just saw four people in there. This spot really needs to keep in mind, if every other Taco Bell can do it why canât we ? Or maybe itâs time for random drug tests and we can try again with the next crew. I mean every time i hear of or go my self they can not get what is on your receipt correctly...
   Read moreSo a friend of mine and I sent out our husbands to grab a late snack. Wendy's down the road closed 40 minutes early at 1:20 (no signs on their windows for changed time at all), so they decided on Taco Bell.
They arrive at the drive thru at Taco Bell and the employee (Quintin) on the intercom told them they could not do two separate orders (even though our husbands are in the same car). That they would have to drive back around, get in line, and order again. The employees reasoning was, "We only have two guys on tonight." They did that (first order no receipt was provided), drive around and waited in line behind several cars, and ordered again. My husband had to knock on the window for his receipt. Also, employees were not in uniform! Regular t-shirt!
So upon returning home, one order was slightly warm, the other cold. We live 3 minutes from this location. They arrived at 1:30am, didn't arrive home until 2:20am. Unacceptable, guys. Highly...
