I never write bad reviews, unfortunately I’m very disappointed with how the girls in the grooming has handled my concerns. My first problem was that I have been coming to this location for about 3 years and I never ran into issues until the new girls started working here, I had called about three times to book an appointment as I usually do & they couldn’t find me on the system. The girl was clueless and “couldn’t do anything about it” so no big deal i tried calling another day maybe someone else could help me & after serval different people i had to speak to someone was able to find my info so i can book my app. (My dog is only like 6 pounds) Secondly, after that appointment i took my dog for full service grooming, not to mention they said he was aggressive towards them. Which i never had a problem with the previous workers my dog was getting groomed with for the past three years. When i picked him up he had a huge rash with blood. Which if my dog was either moving a lot of making it hard from them to groom they shouldn’t have placed the clipper so close to his private area, it irritated him a lot i had to take him to the vet. When i called yesterday, the girl was making it impossible to work with me to make an appointment for my dogs. you guys need to hire well trained people with good customer service. Very frustrating i have spent a lot of money in this location. I made appointment with Petsies in Naperville and they’re able to take both my dogs in with NO ISSUE the same week. Disclaimer The following is my personal opinion based on recent and past experiences I've had at this store. The only way to really know if a place is worth trying, going to, or to buy from, is to experience it yourself. However, I am posting this because it may still be helpful to some individuals who are looking to get a feel for this particular place.

Happy to see so many varieties of cat food to choose from, especially because of how picky my cats can be about their food. Store was clean, and the male cashier was nice and helpful. He even asked if I needed help with getting my things to the car!

This may not seem like that big of a deal to some, but sadly this was the first time that I felt like a valued customer at this store.

The young female employees seem annoyed that they are even working at all. Sure they greet me with a smile, but it wasn't a smile that seemed genuine at all, and I couldn't help but feel like I was being judge by them for the amount of stuff I was buying. When I was done checking out they seemed relieved. (I buy a lot of cat food, not to excessive, but enough to feed my 3 indoor cats, and 2-4 community cats for about a week). This is the 2nd time I’ve come here and the groomer has given me issues. I truly believe she isn’t qualified for this position. The first time I came they mixed up the dates for my puppy. She also asks me all kind of questions that aren’t necessary This time she tells me he is not being cooperative and is biting…Yeah hes a puppy? He is only 3 months old so he’ll bite they eventually grow out of that. The guy that washed him last time had no issues he mentioned he was biting but he even stated thats normal but he was great. Him biting and acting “unruly” shouldn’t stop you from doing your job. I’m 100% sure you can handle a 5lb puppy. Hes a small little baby. If not then why work here? Then says out her mouth we need to correct him at home. So you believe this is our first time having a pet? I just dont feel comfortable leaving him here again. He will now get groomed at an independent place. This is just another petsmart. I am extremely shocked by her behavior and choice of words. I wanted to like this place because its a 2 minute drive but Im not going to let someone that isnt even a trainer and is scared of a 5 lb dog tell me what to do with our dog.
