Dunkin' — Restaurant in Otsego

so I came to the drive through with the question “do you still have the $3 drink” because I never go to dunkin and I never will again after this. the guy was rude and sounded annoyed in ways I wouldn't show a customer. I got a $3 drink and I get to the window and he says its almost $7, I didn't question it because when I get my sister a drink its always a dollar more than they say at least. I get handed a cloudy pink drink with foam on the top and I assumed it was a refresher because I get scared in drive throughs. there was no sticker on the drink saying what it was like usual and I hated the drink. there were no cars behind me and two people inside so I don’t know how they messed up that bad but I didn’t have time before my shift to fix it. I would usual drink whatever I’m given with no complaint and I’ve never left a review on any place. the guy didn’t tell me my total just said “pull to the window” once I said the size. overall I'm not very happy because this isn't the first time they've messed up my drink and shown no interest in...

I’ve given this location so many chances. The wait time is really bad. I put in a mobile order at 6:03 pm, and in total with one car ahead of me it took over 20 minutes. When I got to the drive through window, no one came to the window for over 5 minutes (no guests inside, no one else in line), really awkward and lacking in simple customer service. Someone then came to the window, confirmed I was the mobile order (only car there), then left again. Then handed me the wraps, missing one, and missing the whole box of donuts. It was clear there’s no last minute checking of the orders. I have yet to ever receive my order correctly from this location, and usually I don’t realize it until after I’ve driven away. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!! Me and my Aunt decided to go get coffee from here this morning (and keep in mind my aunt has already worked here and had problems with the manager (aka Sarah rush) and had the cops already involved once) Anyways we get to dunken and order our stuff in the drive through. We get up to the window and the first couple of workers were great workers and also friends of my aunt's. Well anyways the manager see my aunt through the drive through window and decides to throw an ice coffee in her face getting coffee all over herself, her car, and myself..
