Starbucks — Restaurant in Otsego

During my last visit, I asked if my vanilla sweet cream cold brew could have more coffee, as it appeared to have too much creamer and foam.

Unfortunately, when my request was communicated to the barista, she seemed visibly irritated and rolled her eyes. I tried apologizing several times for the inconvenience I felt I was causing, but the overall response from the three employees was dismissive, making me feel unwelcome for politely expressing my concerns. When I spend $7 on a coffee, I want to make sure it is ideal, especially when this is the one thing I do “for myself” as a single mom of two kids who works full time.

As a loyal customer who has visited Starbucks once or twice a day for the past five years, it was disheartening to feel so disregarded. I have gotten this drink so often that I know by looking at the color of it will be made correctly. There have been at least 5 times that I did find it off from this location in which the Rogers location remade it for me for free. This is the location I went to daily before moving to Elk River but thankfully I still work in Rogers so I can continue to make it work so this location has one less customer to worry about because I can’t bring myself to go back. I felt so embarrassed and like a major inconvenience.

Usually a great place to go to I always come with my kids or just on my own and everyone is so nice but today in particular the staff today there was like 5 maby more people working and not 1 said anything or knowledge us standing there im a patient person and if atleast one would have said it's going to be a while or were closed I would understand other then that everyone else has...

Ok don't get me started... THE SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!! I mean the staff are nice but I was in line for 10 minutes with 2 people in front of me. When I got my order she took another 2 minutes to clean up the coffee machine, then she asked for my money to pay. I waited 5 minutes for my drink( with 3 staff working). When i got my drink target employees took over. My cake...
