Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Overland Park

my friends and I went to Andy's at bluhawk tonight around 9. We ordered 2 small bootbaddys in two separate orders meaning each order would be around 7 dollars. When we got to the window she (Maya) said the total was 28 dollars. Which is not how much 2 ice creams are. We told the lady at the window that we only had ordered 2 small ice creams and it should not be 28 dollars. We also had ordered them separately so the lady at the window (Maya) said "your friend can just pay you back". We proceeded to say "it still should not be 28$". She just blankly, stared and laughed at us. As we were still telling her that it should not be 28 dollars. She was very rude and didn't say anything back and kept laughing in our faces. We had kept asking her politely why the total was 28. They eventually refunded my friend. Still were super rude to us. We are never going back to this Andy's because of their poor service...

This location will not put any toppings in your concrete. I got one with extra toppings and they gave me plain custard. I questioned them on it and they claimed it was all at the bottom. I stirred it and nothing was down there. Had to get out of my car and go to the front window to show them again and they gave me a small cup of toppings I had to attempt to stir in myself with a full cup of custard. Everyone is always so nice and kind. Tonight there was this absolutely gigantic man running the window. He must have been 7ft 6” at minimum. Man was a legend. And absolute unit. Not only did his physical presentation impress all at the window, he is very charismatic on top of that. The custard is top notch every time. This is why you drink your milk and eat your veggies.
