I had received a coupon from a manager (which is what brought me in), it was for a buy one (4oz) cone, get one free. After handing it to the employee, I started to give her my order. The employee abruptly walked away from me and went to speak with another employee. I assumed it was her manager who approached me and told me I needed to bring her a barcode for the coupon. I told her that the coupon was given to me by a manager and that I was told that I could use it at any Baskin Robbins location. The "manager" tried to hand the coupon back to me and told me again that she will not honor the coupon until I went and got a bar code. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Like I'm really going to go back to this manager who out of great customer service skills offered me a BUY one get one free, and tell him it's no good until he stamps it! SMH, you would think I was asking for a free 5 gallon bucket of ice cream the way the girl in the store acted over a 4oz scoop! AND, I was planning to buy 3 other scoops that BR lost out on. ON NATIONAL ICE CREAM DAY NO LESS! Pretty awful timing for a power trip to the young "manager" at Baskin Robbins on 95th across from the...
Read moreI had 2 coupons I was trying to use for free scoops. When they scanned my coupons, there was some error saying I had already used them.. which I hadn't... and it was very clear on my app that they were still available to use. The manager came over and said that once it's been scanned they can not use it again. I asked him even tho they are the ones that scanned them.. he wouldn't honor my coupon? He started yelling at me telling me that it was already used and I would have to pay full price. I left that location very upset and went to another one down the road. I had no issues AT ALL using my coupons there. Terrible customer service! Will not be going back to...
Read moreThis place needs to be accommodating to people with allergies. Even though I couldn't eat dairy, I walked in, and there should have been separate sorbet tubs which on the Internet were labeled as dairy free, but because the employees were using one scoop on all the tubs, the dairy free tubs of sorbet were cross-contaminated with the regular ice cream tubs. There was also a communication barrier between us, because the people who worked there were all of Indian ethnicity and couldn't communicate. Baskin Robbins needs to consider that someone who eats out of a cross-contaminated tub and has a severe enough reaction can possibly die, and make accommodations for...
