BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Overland Park

Bibibop in Lenexa is hands down one of my favorite chain restaurants to go to. This restaurant offers some of the freshest and best tasting food I have ever had. I love the fact that they always have deals or promos, and their rewards program is fantastic. The staff is usually pretty friendly, and I've noticed they are helpful in directing people on item choices who are unfamiliar with this type of food.

One of the things that I appreciate about Bibibop is that I have never had a bad meal here. The company seems like they want to keep growing and evolving because they continue to add and change items. This is great news for customers like me who enjoy trying new things.

For a place that could be considered fast food, Bibibop is definitely not authentic Asian, but it is pretty close. The tastes are fantastic, and I appreciate the fact that they use fresh ingredients to make each dish. It can be a little overwhelming coming in for the first time and not knowing what to order, but once you get past that, it is such a delight to come here and watch them build your beautiful bowl of food.

The prices at Bibibop are also very reasonable. You get a lot of food for your money, and the quality is outstanding. Overall, Bibibop in Lenexa is a fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend. We ordered through Uber Eats. It was our first experience with Bibipop, and we don't regret it! We'll definitely order from them again!

I had the veggie bowl with cauliflower rice, and my eating companion had the steak bowl with cauliflower rice. It was so much more flavorful than either of us expected! The portions were great and the veggies were fresh. I actually found the small bowl to be a little too much food for me (I eat small frequent meals rather than a few large meals a day), so I'm able to save some for lunch tomorrow.

The side of pineapple was fresh cut pineapple rather than canned, so that was a nice and unexpected bonus.

The black currant tea was absolutely delicious. Just a hint of sweet without being sweetened.

Now the reasons for four stars instead of five:

We ordered extra steak for the steak bowl, but only received what would have been the equivalent of a small child's handful. Dine-in customers who've shared pictures show generous amounts of protein on their orders, so I'm not sure why paying more for extra meat we got less than what other customers received, and less than what is pictured in the online menu? It doesn't make a lot of sense.

Please be kind to the store and choose something else to eat. They are clearly struggling with a shortage of food. The dead-pan faced server lady was pinching air to put in my bowl. And obliged me with more air pinching for every ingredient I asked for . I hope her fingers are not aching from all the air pinching. At the time for check out I asked for sauce on the side , as I have to drive for 20 more minutes before I can eat my this large portion . The lady quickly helped me out by yelling, " YOU ONLY GET 1 !" She was so concerned about my sodium consumption . And with my bowl filled to an astonishing 3/4 th of it! I explained that I have always had 2 or more sauces , and I think I can handle it. She yelled back, " YOU GET 1 ,OTHER U PAY EXTRA". Silly me, I thought I could just "Chipotle style" take sauces on the side! There was a special appearance ,for a second, from a white guy. But he ran to the back to pray for my wellbeing from all the sauces without saying a word ! So please please avoid this store ! They care too much for ur sodium levels and those dieting plans.
