After careful consideration and interaction with this owner, my son - a child of 13 years old who works side jobs for his own money -purchased a stainless steel necklace. After wearing it just once, he noticed tarnishing orange in tone on the links near the clasp. Concerned, he reached out to the owner (who again is doing business transactions with a kid) who agreed to an exchange. After driving 45 minutes one way to the mall, this owner blatently lied to first my son, then myself, and refused the exchange. I and my son then took the necklace to two different jewelry stands with personnel who both immediately responded by saying it was bronze which I suspected based on disconcern for our time, efforts, and money....
