the worst chipotle location i have ever experienced, by a long shot. must have terrible management or something going on here.
the last time i went in to this store in person, some guy came in raging angry with the staff about his pickup orders being constantly messed up, was very exaggerated and rude to the staff. he showed the manager his food, and the manager essentially told him to leave the store, the guy stormed out. i thought the customer was being ridiculous and out of line, but also thought the managers reaction was terrible customer service. fast forward a few months, I order pickup here for the first time. i got my usual burrito, received by far the smallest burrito i have ever seen come out of a chipotle. gave it another couple shots, each time it was exactly the same, sometimes even half the size of what i get at any other chipotle that i go to on regular basis. my coworkers that also ordered food for pickup with me on our lunch, ALL had the same experience. now I'm starting to understand the guy that came in upset. next time i thought i would try a bowl hoping for a different outcome, same experience. the last time i ordered here i tried ordering a bowl with EXTRA rice and DOUBLE protein, and it was literally exactly the same ridiculously small portions. even with ordering extra rice and protein, i received less than a standard serving of what I get at any other chipotle that i've ever been to. never going back to this location, worst chipotle i've ever been to

I’ve been to many Chipotle locations across the country and never felt the need to write a negative review — until now. This particular branch is by far the worst I’ve ever visited.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and dismissive, especially the male employee with a mustache. Let me be very clear: he is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered at any Chipotle. His attitude was arrogant and disrespectful — acting like he’s serving food with his own money. He didn’t make eye contact, rushed my order, and seemed visibly irritated by simple questions.
Even worse, there’s a clear pattern of discrimination here. I noticed that customers who appear white or American receive better portions and polite service, while those of us who are Indian (or non-white) get noticeably less food and cold, dismissive behavior. That is not just unprofessional — it’s unacceptable and discriminatory.
And I’m not alone in saying this. I checked reviews while writing mine, and there are multiple complaints pointing out the same rude behavior and poor service — yet the management continues to ignore it. That reflects a serious lack of leadership and accountability.
This location is damaging the Chipotle brand. I strongly recommend avoiding this branch until corporate steps in, removes toxic staff like the mustached employee, and restores basic standards of customer respect...
Read moreI ordered through the app and when I went to pick up my order I realized part of my order was not included. They told me that they couldn’t make it because they were out of the honey chicken on the take out line. I asked if they can just fill the order from the front counter line since I can see the honey chicken there. She said they are but allowed to. I asked to speak to the manager, she told me the same. I had my kids with me and told the manager that we can’t eat as a family if one of them doesn’t have a meal, she verbatim said “not my problem, you can order something else and join the line”. So unreal and heartbreaking to hear this. I asked for her to refund my order she said she can’t do that and to call the 1-800 number. When I asked her what the number was, she said to google it. I left without the order and as I walked away, I could here her say "some customers are not easy" then proceeded to be extremely nice to that customer. Eventually got the number they didn’t refund my order and but instead offered me a free drink…so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Needless to say my kids were very disappointed, however, we ended up going across the street to chick fila and they were much happier - the customer service there was excellent. I just don’t understand how this chipotle location gets away with treating customers this way and there are no consequences. I guess it’s ok to turn away...
