I went to college blvd Freddy's and they gave me a card for a free combo after giving me a regular crispy chicken sandwich with jalapeno fry sauce instead of the spicy chicken that I ordered. Also got a replacement burger of my choice without hassle. Didn't even complain. That's the kind of service I'm used to with Freddy's and it's what sets them apart along with their food. But then I go to Freddy's on 135th two days later to use the card, thinking they should have spicy chicken. They also give me regular chicken with jalapeno fry sauce. They should let people know they've replaced the actual spicy chicken with a sauce. But the difference at this location is the manager I dealt with. First he lies and tells me the spicy chicken was LTO, then he has the audacity to try intentionally charging me the price of the replacement burger, and he still insisted I repay after I repeated that my order was wrong. "Is it a problem!?" he said, challenging me with a confrontational tone. With full intentions of holding up the backed up line until I get my replacement order without repaying, I calmly said "Yes, it is a problem. I'm not paying for it." Not to be outdone, he replies "I can take it off if it's gonna be a problem." Like excuse you? Take what off? The burger you foolishly rung up on the register thinking I'm that dumb to pay twice for my meal? What's gonna be a problem is this guy thinking that it's not a problem to charge customers extra when he...
Read moreUpdate: someone from the restaurant tried to get in contact with me and offered me a gift card. I explained that the experience I had was so bad I wasn't planning on eating here ever again. The person then ghosted me for about a month. I then got a survey asking how was my experience with getting help and I had mentioned how someone tried to talk to me but vanished when I said I'd rather a refund then a gift card to possibly get food poisoning again. Suddenly the person reappears in my email asking for my card info and explaine if they had kept up with communication then there'd be no problem, but in the time of them ghosting me the card I had used had expired and I wasn't sure if the money would go back to me if I gave them my new card. Again they vanished after that. So not only can they not cook the food to keep you from going sick, they wait the time out on giving you a refund.
Again STAY AWAY!!!
Do not eat from here!!!
I got a patty melt and when I started eating it I thought it was very greasy. I also thought the onions tasted off so only ate about half. (Oh and the other half had no cheese or onions whatsoever)
I honestly should have stopped when I thought it was kinda greasy cause about an hour later I was stuck in the bathroom with the worst diarrhea in my life. I think the last time I had it that bad was when I accidentally undercooked an egg. I was stuck in the bathroom for at least an hour. First and last time ever...
Read moreI really wish I could give 0 stars. We got to the drive-thru around 9:30 and didn’t get the window until 10:10 the woman who helped us at the window was EXTREMELY rude. She said “sorry for the wait”, handed me a coupon, and then said “but for future reference we close at 10”. As if I had pulled in at 10 or something. I told her I got here over half an hour ago and have been waiting in line. She scoffed then handed me my stuff and slammed the door in my face. I have never been treated this way by anyone in fast food, and I have had my fair share of rudeness, but jeez. My husband and I were so frustrated so we decided to call the location since the food wasn’t even good. The fries were over cooked like chips, they were cold too, and our sandwiches were cold. The only thing that was ok was the shakes. Still not amazing. We called and spoke to a manager who said she couldn’t give us refunds but only send us coupons, don’t know what for, since it’s been about 2 months and I still haven’t received those coupons in the mail. I wouldn’t have gone back to this location anyways. It’s better to just drive to ANY other location in this area. Will not be going back to...
