I just placed a complaint on the JimmyJohns.com website because, as others have already stated, it took over an hour to receive my order. My office is literally cross the street, but (this time) the issue wasn't the delivery time according to the Order Tracker. It look the store nearly an hour just to make the sandwich.
I wish I could say this was rare, but it routinely takes about an hour to get my order from this location.
After reading other reviews, I see it isn't worth my time calling the location, so hopefully corporate will see both my Google review and the complaint on their website and figure out where the problem is. Otherwise this will likely be the last time I order from this store.
UPDATE 12/27/21 Against my better judgement, I've continued ordering from this location and I've actually been quite impressed. My last several orders have been "freaky fast" with today's being just a few minutes after ordering. Because of this, I have raised their rating to 3 stars and may continue to go up from there if they can make me forget about their past performance.
UPDATE 12/28/21 Ordered again and, again, they delivered incredibly quickly. Not sure what's changed over there, but I think they've earned themselves...

When I called 30 minutes after ordering I was told “he’s leaving right now” and the person on the phone didn’t even ask for the name on the order. That’s the second time that’s happened when calling to check the status of an order, so I feel like they just say it to get you off the phone and don’t actually check on your order. Even though there were about 20 employees in the restaurant (not even kidding) and I was the only customer, I had to wait several minutes for someone to even stand in front of the register (no greeting, just stood there looking at me). I then ordered my sandwich and asked for "peppers on the side", like I have done for the last 7 years or so (I don't like stems and can't seem to have peppers put on the sandwich without them getting included).
