Update:
It's been two weeks and I still haven't received a refund. I called the corporate office and they state that the franchise owner is responsible for the refund. Major yikes, that basically means I will never receive a refund.

I'm still waiting on my refund... This place is almost near incompetence.

Wow. I ordered food to come to my address and it never comes. I call and their driver claims to have dropped my food off at my door, which requires a code. The food was never delivered. I understand how things might be confusing, so I explore around to see if it was dropped off somewhere else. It wasn't. I call this place with confusion while hearing the person I'm talking to ask the literal driver that dropped off my food giving excuses in the background stating they entered my door code and dropped it off at my door. A blatant lie. My code to my apartment is complex and nearly unique, which I provided to the delivery driver. Essentially, to enter my place you have to know my code to enter. My point is, if he truly went to the correct address and entered the door code, my food would have been delivered. He did not just conveniently enter the same door code and drop the food off at a random address. I have no clue what the delivery driver did with my food, but it was 100% never delivered to my correct address.
As of right now, I was promised a refund because they clearly made a mistake. It's been three days, and I have received no further notice. Keep in mind, I ordered it on a weekday and i's still a weekday.
Anyway, three days later, they still have not refunded me. I call the place and I asked about my situation, yet I WAS HUNG UP ON THREE TIMES. I finally reached their manager on the third call, and he has the audacity to call me rude. Like yikes and cringe.
Imagine being a customer that is hung up on three times while asking for help and for them to not expect annoyance from the customer.
Manager, you are so cringe and be better.

   Read moreSo, my family and I just ordered from this location. We ordered multiple meals, including sandwiches, chips, cookies, and drinks. After waiting an hour and ten minutes for our food, we finally received it at our front door only to discover that no drinks were there. So I looked outside and the drinks were spilled in the parking lot(see picture below). The driver didn't even have the common decency to tell us what happened OR to pick up after themselves; the community trash is literally 10 steps from where the spill occurred. So here's the worst part: I call immediately to let the store know what happened. The first worker I spoke to said they didn't know who the driver was, but passed me on to the night manager to see what they could actually do. After needing to reiterate what happened, he said the only thing he could do is give me store credit for ONLY the drinks. He explained that Jimmy Johns has absolutely no way to do partial refunds; if this is the case, then Jimmy Johns needs to give their workers this option to do basic customer service. Moving on, the manager was extremely condescending towards me, tried to talk over me multiple times, and was definitely in a hurry to get me off of the phone. After telling him how long we waited, he basically called me a liar and said it was only about half of that time. We placed our order at 5:05pm and did not received it until 6:15pm, even though the "manager" said it was only 35 minutes. He was so quick to defend his worker, that he was overlooking the larger issue which was the spilled drinks left in my parking lot. We've had horrible experiences with this location in the past, but this is definitely the worst. After this issue is sorted out, my family and I are taking our money elsewhere. The manager was never specific about how long we have to wait for our store credit or rescinded tip, because he was so quick to get off of the phone. As of this writing, we have yet to receive either. Even though the drinks were the major issue, all of the sandwiches were soggy.    Read moreMarch 2021: For the 2nd time in two weeks, I had to pick up my own "delivery" order because they didn't have a delivery driver scheduled. Tonight it wasn't until nearly an hour later, when I called, that apparently my order was missed because of a "printer error". To top it all off, I was still charged the delivery fee for both orders, which again I had to pick up on my own. I love the sandwiches, but with these two back-to-back horrendous customer service experiences, I feel like there needs to be some changes.
5/17: Another horrible experience with this location. Horrible customer service. Delivery tracker said it was delivered but never was. The store basically said there was nothing they could do because it shows the order was delivered. I am astonished how a business can treat customers like they are an inconvenience. As of 7:29PM I am waiting for them to reattempt a delivery, but I'm not holding my breath.
Update 5/17 @ 8:07PM: After nearly an hour and half after I originally ordered and almost an hour after they said they would reattempt delivery, I still hadnât received my order. I tried to called from my phone 3 times; no one picks up. So thinking that maybe itâs an issue with my phone, I called twice from my wifeâs phone, and still no one picked up. So I decided that if I canât call to check to see if Iâm still get my food or if I need to ask for a refund, I decided to drive to the restaurant to get an answer. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff that had made themselves comfortable at a table and had already put away all the food like they were closed for the night. They did end up making our order, but only after criticizing the driver who somehow couldnât find an address less than 2 miles away from their location. They swore up and down that they had sent the order out again, but when I got home at 8:16PM the food still had not arrived. At this point this is the final straw.
