I went into this location expecting good service in a clean facility. Unfortunately, that is not what I got. When I went in, I had ordered the Penne Rosa with Shrimp. They had brought it out to me without the shrimp in it. I had kindly addressed this to the employee and he says, “Oh,” and then he shrugs. Being in the food service industry, if there is a problem with a customer, you address it. End of discussion. As an employee, there is no need for you to show your signs of carelessness. You do not complain about it, fuss about it, roll you eyes, etc. If you show that you care, they will appreciate that and will more than likely be back. That’s more potential money in your pocket. After almost 10 minutes of waiting for new food, it was finally brought out to me, lukewarm. Five minutes into eating, it gave me a heavy feeing in my stomach. So, I had left to go to their bathroom to puke. When I walked in, the toilet water was black. Absolutely disgusting. Especially when I was already on the verge of throwing up. Girl at the front took our order and asked us if we wanted it to go or for here, said here and when we sat at a table and got our food it was all in to-go packages and in a bag. Not a huge deal but whatever. Then I got up to refill my drink and slipped and fell in front of the soda machine, why they were mopping with customers still inside and when it was an hour and a half before close is beyond me. Nobody said anything or asked if I was okay, until the manager decided to come out 10 minutes later and all he said was “heard you fell, are you okay” then walked away. I’ve worked in food for over 10 years and would never treat a customer like that. Not to mention lights inside and the sign outside were turned off, like they were closed. Read moreThere is not one where I live in Blue Springs so I have to drive to Lee’s Summit or Independence both locations the scene kids having fun no knack for customer service annoyed after both places skimpy or left out completely entire ingredients will give me one mushroom. Sometimes I go into these 2 locations and I can tell they do not care about quality in they work. I decided since the rumor is everything done better in Kansas to cross state lines from Missouri to Kansas and go to the location on Metcalf to see if it’s true what they say about Kansas! yesterday though the drive back homes was long I was amazed when I lifted the lid for $17.62. I paid I was so happy to see vibrant Ingredients. And it tasted like the Metcalf location took they time and patience to do a good job. There’s Quality in they work superb!
