The philly cheese steak with peppers added is quite simply my favorite sandwich in the city. I've never had a bad experience. I've always loved every bite, even if I change it up and try to eat it from different directions. I'm weird I know. The sandwich reaches new heights when I take the ruffles sour cream and cheddar chips and add it to the sandwich. It adds a crunch, a tang, and as the chips absorb the juices and cheese, it's just phenomenal. All while 5 employees stand around and don't even greet you or seem at all interested in you entering the store. The taller red/brown hair gentleman in particular has a serious attitude problem.
Response to owner: not acceptable. Your agreement with the third party company does not include preparation of orders. Nor does the health dept consider this acceptable and this has been reported. If your employees can't handle filling a drink rather than standing smug and upset, perhaps offer bottles...

We got home, and unwrapped our sandwiches. My wife's hot Italian sub was great. My Italian on white, however, had very dry bread - one of the reasons I avoid the Subways in Olathe - so I was disappointed. It seemed like it was a day old, which surprised me.
