I would give no stars if it would let me!!!!

I thought McDonald’s was open 24 hrs!! I guess I was wrong, got to the 151st and 69 hey location at 1035pm. The drive thru was wrapped around the building. We sat forever, people were leaving. I got up to the speaker and no one would reply, so I thought ok maybe the speaker is broke. So I drove around to the window. There was a customer in front of me getting assistance (1105pm at this point). So I waited to pull up, the manger looking guy (tall white bald guy) walked up to the window. I asked for 2 cones and a chocolate shake, he very rudely replied I guess even though we are closed. He then asked another staff person to take care of me. I asked him how they could be closed when they are supposed to be open 24 hrs, he replied they didn’t have staff, only one person there which was obviously not true because there was another guy who originally was at window. I got my order and as I pulled away the original guy who helped me was standing on the patio next to the drive thru with 3 other people having a smoke, I’m not sure if they were employees or just his buddies. But I do not feel that anything about this visit was good! It was horrible and absolutely...

This was one of the weirdest experiences I have had at a mcDonalds. Period. First off, the cashier at the counter was playing with her dreads (already not sanitary) but when we went to order, she was still playing with her dreads. We had probably been standing there for about 10-15 seconds-clearly ready to order because I was leaning into the counter-when she said “what do you want?” Already not off to a good start. The food took almost 10 mins with minimal people before or after us. When they called our number up, I already knew something was wrong because their was a random milkshake. I checked our receipt but the milkshake was the only thing visually wrong so I left it at the counter and mouthed this isn’t our milkshake. Got to the table to check the food-2 sandwiches were wrong and one was a sausage McMuffin! (Its cheese and sausage. How does that happen?!)-So I returned the incorrect sandwiches, went back to eat and one was still wrong. I went to the counter to tell them and they said “that’s what the girl rang up. Sorry but you might be wrong”. How am I wrong? Not going to lie, we will probably go back due to its convenience but that was an unforgettable experience-and not...

This was my first visit to this particular McDonalds and it is the fastest, most efficient fast-food drive through I have ever been to (except maybe Hot 'n Now, but I don't think any of them exist anymore). So much so that instead of taking my food home, I decided to sit in the parking lot and watch. Every time someone would be finished paying at the 1st window, there would already be a bag at the 2nd window, ready to be handed to them. For an industry called 'fast-food' this is definitely the exception. Too many of us are tired of spending our whole lunch break in a fast-food line waiting to get our food, only to hastily eat and drive, with barely enough time to clock back in at work. I normally wouldn't have had the opportunity to rate the inside atmosphere as I ordered in the drive through, but I accidentally bumped into an employee's car in the lot. When I went inside, most of the tables were full, but there wasn't any trash laying around. The whole place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Even the one whose car I hit was really cool and friendly about it. If this McDonalds was closer to home, I'd definitely eat...
