Decided to swing by quickly and grab some lunch to take to work. Ordered the Beijing Beef, was told it would be 5-6 mins before it would be ready, would I like to wait. I said No and picked another entree and requested chili sauce and hot mustard with my order. Pulled up behind car in front of me and waited, and waited, and waited. Apparently they DID want to wait for something to be prepared. Was getting annoyed and just about to pull out and drive off when they served the car ahead. Got to the window and still had to wait as my order was not filled yet. Got my order, looked in the bag. No chili sauce or hot mustard. I honked, but the girl had left the window. When she returned and I explained what was missing. She did not understand my request. On the third attempt she said We No Have... Now I am pissed. I handed her the bag and said refund my money. This required 3 other people to discuss and argue the situation. And another person came to the window and announced You Order Filled Right. I demanded my refund, left and will never return. Been eating there since it opened....
Read moreFood was fine, as we're the employees. The manager (short haired Asian lady) is an atrocious person who doesn't belong in anything service-related. Literally as my bowl is being filled by the employee, she walks up right next to me and barks at him: "one scoop only!!!" The poor guy is so stunned that he drops my bowl into the food buffet and she goes behind the counter and proceeds to sloppily separate the things that were in my bowl back among the various heated containers, dropping ingredients where they don't belong in the process. All right in front of me while I'm being completely ignored. No hello, no sorry - zero acknowledgment while I'm still waiting to get my food. I've never experienced such an inhospitable atmosphere at any eating establishment. Will not be back here as long as this lady is employed. I hope she's not also the owner or I suppose this review won't...
Read moreJust got off the phone with this really rude lady Jessica who kept interrupting my boyfriend. One that’s just really bad customer service. Two they gave me have vegetable of chow mein and shrimp I already paid $1.25 more for the shrimp and I have 4 pieces of it and they refused to fix it. Both me and my boyfriend work in the food industry if I mess up an order I can fix it 100% the customer is correct. The customer is correct anyway. You mess up an order you fix it. They will not. They will argue tooth and nail that you were incorrect they will ask you for the order number be rude about the fact that you didn’t give them the right number on the receipt.
