So I’ve come here for a long time already. For years and years I’ve always known this place to be busy-ish and their food was good! Upon first walk-in, the restaurant smelt foul. Like BO and something sour. Not sure where that came from. Our noses got used to the smell. I revisited this establishment and it’s quite different from what I remembered. The quality of food has probably decreased from what I remembered. Food comes out super slow and it seems there’s only one waitress bussing tables and serving people. We came at around 6PM and there were 4 tables (including us). There are two younger girls sitting in the front that kind of guide us to where to go and sit but the waitress is the main person doing everything (excluding cooking, of course). Their spring rolls are great! Taste great and are very reasonably priced. We got B3 and P5. The B3 was great too and for $14, you get quite a bit of food. P5 was however, a major disappointment. The noodles were so very soggy and couldn’t be picked up by chopsticks. My friend had to use a spoon since the noodles were soft and very short (like the length of rice). I’m not sure I’d come again to be honest…

It's been a few years but I've always wanted to write a review for this place.

I was once a happy, loyal customer, I spent over $5,000 in a year at this restaurant alone. The food and pricing was great. Eventually, somewhere down the line, the quality started to decline. I think this business was sold and the new owner were just concerned about cutting down on costs and lowering quality for money. The owner was a very nice man and was always straight with me; however, I was betrayed.

The final occasion that I went to the restaurant and vowed I would never give them my money again came when I brought my family there for the last time and we were presented with some poor quality food. I was ashamed and never came back.

This was my experience, I don't know a lot of people who can say they have spent $5,000+ at a single restaurant but I can and I was sad. Not only did the prices keep going up, but the restaurant just didn't care about their loyal customer, I was just another number, another ticket. I don't not recommend this restaurant, they will likely give you a smile and present you with some low quality food so they can make their...

I have been coming here and enjoy the variety of choices. Today is my first time run into an issue and disappointment. I ordered papaya salad with mild spicy. I am someone eats pretty spicy food and have high tolerance. The dish turned out to be unbearable spicy, visibly with 7 -8 chili pepper in the dish. I explained to the server, the dish doesn’t appear to be on mild spicy that I couldn’t eat it anymore. It is unbearable after a few bits. Can you do something about it? The server came back and told me the owner is sitting at the far back table having lunch. I said do you mean she is not able to help or talk to her customer when she is eating ( the time was 12:30pm; it wasn’t anything like late lunch time btw)? I need to speak to her. The server went back to the owner she glanced at my table and she not even make any intend to acknowledge. I am very disappointed the customer service at this place. They also kept all tips instead of paying their server. I have to prepare cash for this server, I don’t feel like paying tips to such a...

The food is great as always! Anything you order is quite tasty! We especially liked the pho and bahn mi, but if you like noodle dishes without broth, their vermicelli noodles are also great. They have redone the way you order a bit, so now you order up front and go to a little window when their buzzer pages you. Water and vegetables are self serve now, which is great if you like to decide how much to grab. We went during lunar new year, and they gave out little red pockets to kids, which was such a sweet gesture! The staff are really nice and the service is efficient! Definitely pay here a visit!

Stopped here for lunch yesterday afternoon. We each ordered a small bowl of Pho Tai, Bo Vien (P5) and split a Banh Mi Dac Biet (S6) between the two of us. The Banh Mi was their house special with Vietnamese ham and grilled sliced pork, it was delicious. We ended the meal with their Taro Smoothie and it was amazing! There was only 2-3 tables being occupied other than ours, so I'm not sure how the service is when it's busy. But our service was impeccable, our waters were consistently refilled without request and our server couldn't be friendlier. We'll definitely be coming back!
