Pizza Shoppe — Restaurant in Overland Park

We ordered 4 side salads and a meal salad. ALL of the salads had big pieces of the core in them. Half of one of the salads was large, chunky core pieces. The Pink Stuff dressing was very dark and very shiny. Did not look or taste like the usual Pink Stuff that we go to Pizza Shoppe for and LOVE. None of us were able to finish our salads. One person asked for a side of pepperoni, and we expected to pay something for it however, $1.50 for 8 thinly sliced pieces of pepperoni is a little steep. Pizza was just okay. It's not quite as good as the location we usually go to. I don't think we will go to this one again. The one in Olathe by the Garmin Campus is much better!! Their salads are huge, and we have never had the core of lettuce in our salads. They have original Pink Stuff dressing. They also accommodate special cooking requests for the pizza. disapointed ,,, i do like this pizza. however, the customer service is very disapointing. i have been boycotting the place for around a year, or more, due to the fact that they can't seem to get the kitchen to 'square cut' my order as requested. i prefer my pizza square cut but they constantly round cut my order, sometime they'll square cut on top of the round cut. very disapointing. so today i decided to give them another shot. i requested my pizza 'uncut'. i confirmed my desire twice with the girl taking my order -uncut. upon my arrival, at my pick-up time, and found out the kitchen had cut my order and that they were making a replacment. disapointed. i waited , then returned home with my order only to find the kitchen rushed the cooking time. the bottome of my pizza seemed as white as a piece of paper. Disaponting............i'll try them again [ sometime ] and maybe they'll get my order right then....

This location no longer does curbside pickup even though it’s advertised! I’ve been going to this pizza shoppe for years and never had a problem until today. I ordered a cheese pizza for curbside like I usually do and when I called to pick up the lady on the phone said “we don’t really do curbside unless you’re handicapped. Can you come inside?” This location has it online as an option and even has parking spots specifically for curbside yet refuses to do it now. If it’s changed that’s fine but take away the option so nobody can choose it. I never had a problem with the food which is why I kept coming back but now I will probably go to the Pizza Hut with a drive thru across the street or somewhere else down 87th because of...
