Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Overland Park

We ordered on the website from this location last night, and the pizza was perfect. Decided to get another today while staying in town at a motel. When we received our pizza today, it was all smushed up against one side of the box. Called immediately to get fixed/replaced because delivery driver practically ran down the hall to get away as fast as he could. After telling the call center the problem, they said they would put it in for a replacement. The lady from this location called and began arguing with me saying they don't put the bbq drizzle on the pizza anymore, even though last night's pizza had it on there, and every other pizza we had ordered from any pizza hut in the country over the last 8 years has done it. But, the bbq wasn't my problem, it was the pizza being smushed up against one side of the box, and being uneatable in said condition. Half of the pizza was still in more or less the condition it should be but, the half that got smushed was folded over top of itself. This lady continued to argue with me over the phone until I hung up on her and my husband took the smushed half of the pizza back to get a refund. Funny how the lady on the phone at this location insisted on having the pizza returned when the call center never mentioned that when they offered refund or replace. We will NEVER order from this location again, and will seriously reconsider before ordering from pizza hut anywhere again! BTW, you do NOT argue with the customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When my husband asked for the contact info for the Regional Manager, she said she didn't have this info, which is total bs. She said we can contact National Pizza Corp (NPC) and they can help. I gave this Pizza Hut a 2 star because the food was edible although it seemed undercooked and the toppings were sparse. The service however was horrible and deserves a 1 star. I ordered online and arrived to pick up my pizza at the time they gave me. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes or more and no one acknowledged me or came to wait on me. If they are all busy, just acknowledge me and I will be patient! I saw at least 4 employees in there who looked at me, yet no one said anything to me or came to the front to see what I needed. I'm sure none of them automatically knew why I was there! Finally I starting saying "hello hello" and the man in the back who seemed to be the only one making pizzas, came to the front and took my money and said my pizza would be ready in about 5 minutes, which it was. The other employees just looked at me and kept on talking to each other. I don't like to leave bad reviews because my husband and I have 2 restaurants and we know what an impact reviews can make on a business! But I just want to alert the manager to what is going on here. Had I not read other similar reviews of this place, I might think that my incident was a one-time thing. But apparently it is not from other reviews on Google and Yelp. Pizza Hut Manager, where are you and why are you not addressing this problem? Or responding to...

I placed an order around 3:00 for a 5:30 pick up on my way home from work. I get there a little before 5:30 and they say they can't find it. They ask me to come inside to figure it out. I go in and show them the bank statement showing I paid with the store number. The app says that there is no longer the option to see past orders, so this is all I have. The manager comes out and is immediately dismissive. She claims that the store number isn't theirs and sends me to another store. I always order to this location since it's right by my house. But I thought that I must've made a mistake and head to the other location. The other location doesn't have it and sends me back. I show up and hear them discussing my order in the back. The manager says she'll get it for me for free (like she was doing me a favor. I already paid, it wasn't free). SOMEHOW they know my exact order, down to the two custom pizzas I made, without me telling them.

So, either they lied to me to get me out of the store so they could start the order, or they had lost it and somehow miraculously found it immediately after I left. I wouldn't have minded getting the pizzas a bit late, it's the lying to me and sending me on a pointless trip to another store that...
