Visited this establishment and upon walking in my daughter and I were greeted by noone. They all saw us standing there and refused to acknowledge our presence. Now normally if something like this were to happen I'd immediately leave. However, my daughter really wanted Qdoba and we drove quite a ways to get to the restaurant. It took quite awhile and finally a young man (Dayton) came over with no smile or greeting just asking us what we wanted. No "Sorry about your wait.", "How can I help you?", "What can I get for you?" Absolutely nothing!!!! His body language and demeanor showed us he could care less about assisting us with our order. I was extremely uncomfortable because I don't normally proceed in patronizing a business who's customer service is so poor and there's such great disdain for me as a customer and the business I'm bringing in to help keep the doors open. There were items that were low in stock on the serving line and Dayton went and came back saying they were out and "what we see is what we get". I was fuming mad inside but remained as calm as possible. By the time we got through this ordeal the drink we ordered hadn't been restocked so we couldn't try it and there were no forks. I mean it was obvious that this restaurant just doesn't care. If I thought speaking to the manager would've been advantageous I would, but she's one of the main people who ignored us initially so it would've only served to inflame the situation even more. Surprisingly the taste of the food was good but at the same time disappointing because I didn't get all the ingredients I asked for. Overall, I won't be visiting this location anymore. My hard earned dollar will speak louder than I ever could.

First time trying this place, I've heard it's better than Chipotle so I wanted to see for myself. I ordered the chicken rice bowl. They gave me generous portions of each ingredient and everything had good flavor. They weren't busy at all so I was in and out of there pretty quickly. I'll go back and try their nacho platter next time. The employees were friendly and efficient even while making multiple orders at once. The only thing I wish I saw the guy preparing my food was he should've washed his hands after removing his gloves each time. And also before putting on a new pair of gloves.

The place was dirty. There were 5 customers inside and 7 outside. There were 6 employees...3 were cooking and prepping 2 managers standing around and 1 helping customers. The tortillas were very chewy and tasted stale. The burritos were ok. This location has gone downhill.

The 1 star is for this location only, because the food is good, better than Chipotle IMO but the employees here as of 6/8 and 6/9 are worthless. If I were the owner I'd fire them immediately unless there is some legit reason I don't know that explains why I had such a bad experience ... both times I ordered online and the food wasn't ready for another 10-15 min past the time it was supposed to be ready.

Today 6/9 the door was locked when I arrived and I stood outside waiting to finally be let in by the employee who was also preparing orders.

The food was hot on 6/8 but not 6/9, and they were missing sauces for both my order and the lady who was in front of me. Presumably it's because the guys working here don't seem to care at all, the guy running the front didn't even say hello and barely acknowledged me both visits.

While I was waiting another customer came up to the front door and left because the employee who let me in didn't unlock the door after letting me in (guessing they locked it on purpose so they can be lazy).

This place should be crazy busy like Chipotle but the employees seem to be ruining it. Don't think I've ever seen service this bad in my life. Doubt I'll be eating here anytime soon after leaving this review, may try again in a month or two if I go in and the situation seems to have changed. Too bad because I'd be ordering a lot if it wasn't for the...

I won't say I hate this place but I will honestly say that I didn't pay for my food, my brother did, after I walked out in anger. I had to order my food like I was asking for something the server had never heard of and it was assembled like it wasn't supposed to be in the same plate. The staff seemed to know they needed food cooked but cooked it with no energy or drive, the wait was long and the store was empty. There was no line when I walked in and everything I ordered for my single plate was something that needed to be cooked because they ran out, okay, that's something that happens.. but when people coming in and ordering after are being served and helped and I'm not even being told that my food is cooking, of that I should wait just a moment, I genuinely felt like they forgot about my order and I was overlooked. It just made my entire experience feel like I was the random annoyingly timed guest of the day and I left. Having my brother pay for my meal, as he saw me walk out, just added to my bad experience.. because the food was bland and not filling. 3 tacos, 3 barely filled steak tacos and kind of some veggies. I would not recommend and I hate...
