Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Overland Park

I was surprised by the customer service at this location. My order wasn't ready, although I ordered 35 min prior. The staff were very disorganized and gave me my order incomplete. Upon realizing I still needed my scrumptious avocado toast, the staff started cleaning containers. So I waited a bit. She got around to making the toast and I was dismayed to see how she squeezed nearly all of the lime juice from 1 lime onto the bread, then spread a thin layer or avocado on the bread (think like mayo). I politely asked if there was a possibility to get more avocado, pointing out that I typically go to the Camino Del Rio location which provides a hearty topping of avocado. After this, I guess she was a tad upset because the next thing I saw was my toast sitting on the counter without notice and basically pieces of avocado sitting on top of the bread. Also, I was literally chewing the kale in my drink and it was all settled at the bottom of my cup. I can't say exactly what the issue is here. I was polite (of course because who wants spit in their food). Hey, I've seen a lot of similar in San Diego...but the Camino Del Rio location was very customer service oriented and conscientious of the quality they provided. I would never go to the Overland location again. Don't even worry with saving the 6 mins travel distance. Go to another location!

P.S. I was juicing the entire day so I didn't even get a pic of the bread--I ate...

I was in the Overland Park area looking for juices and was pleasantly surprised to see a Robek's in the area, as I visited on in a suburb in Illinois and there are.none where I have been, so I needed a smoothie. Robek's has some good selections and I being my second time at this chain, I have not been able to find a favorite..They are more pricier for size and what you get compared to other smoothie and juice chains...I could taste the boost in my smoothie that I ordered and felt they should not charge for them, it made the smoothie less tasty...Passionfruie Cove, and the fruit was not well-blended as it had chunks on the bottom.

The girl employee did not blend it throughly and I felt like my business was not a asset, but an annoyance...Overall, the value for the smoothie is more than I wanted to pay, but the quality seems better than J.J. and a few other chains....I am.not in the area, so I doubt I will.be back to this location, but will run across another...

Well, you are the best in making smoothies I am Very big fan of fruits and Smooth food, when I was back in India 🇮🇳 I used to drink every day a juice 🥤 but after landing in USA 🇺🇸 I thought 💭 like I don’t have juices anymore.

But one day I saw a Gentle woman carrying Robeks bird bag 💼 I made a hard stop and taken the details and there you go! I came back to juices world again.

Thanks robeks for saving me and making me cool 🆒, well let’s explore the flavor of taste.
