How hard is it to count? Apparently this place, ONCE AGAIN, has counting issues. Tonight, 4 tacos were missing from the order...so a return trip back. (perhaps it's our fault for not checking order accuracy before driving away...but you'd think counting an order of 10-15 items wouldn't be hard). Mind you, this is not the first time an order was wrong...in the last 15 trips this is the 5th time. We stopped going here and drove further to another Taco Bell but that one closed so we have to go here b/c it's more convenient...although I'm now rethinking what "convenient" means. Food quality is in the lower 25% of area Taco Bell locations...food content is inconsistent; quantity of meat per identical item is not the same, inconsistent lettuce, more shell than filling, Mexi-Melts that weren't steamed but rather rolled like a soft taco, burned tostada shell. Bottom line, check your order before you drive off. Suggestion for the hiring manager for this location when interviewing...a counting test...and weekly counting tests with staff to ensure continuous proficiency that ties to...
Read moreI pulled up to the window and was immediately greeted by a very friendly voice. He took my order, made sure it was correct on the screen, and asked me to pull forward. then I got to put a face with that voice. his name was Wesley. Very kind person and made me laugh at the window. Literally made my whole day. I'll be back to this one, even if it's out of the way!! My food was made VERY quickly and it was super delicious. I brought it home for me and my 14 year old to enjoy. and she loved her Cheesy Gordita Crunch!! And so did I. Thanks for hiring such a great crew. Thank you Wes for making my Day and I hope to see him again next time I visit. Which will be very soon. See what happens when you have great people like Wes?! People like me.... we come back!!! Even if it's out of the way. Because awesome people like Wes (and the guy behind him. I believe Austin? Not 100 percent sure) were awesome and fun to talk to. Have...
Read moreGood luck customizing any order you have. Every other Taco Bell location I have ever visited allows me to order the chicken chipotle melt grilled. When confirming the order at the drive-through window, I was again told they could grill the melt, which would not be a problem. As I pulled up to the window, I was told that they could not do it even though I have had it done every single time I have ever visited any other location. The process is quite simple; all one has to do is place the melt on the grill just like they would with a quesadilla. As a matter of fact, when this item was first introduced, it was actually grilled. Either way, no pun intended, but I’m walking away from this experience with a horrible taste in my mouth. A little simple ingenuity would go a long way, but unfortunately, it seems as though the employees at this...
