Absolutely the worst Service I ever had. I wouldn’t even give one star. The female at the drive-up window went out of her way to be rude from start of order to receiving my order. She had me wait at intercom until last person left the drive thru in front of me. Making me think she forgot me. I said hello after last person drove off, she replied hold on. I continued to wait another five minutes. After she took my order and I drove up. I sat at window, watched my food brought to her counter. Watched another order behind me brought to counter. She went to open window, to take my payment than closed it again before taking my payment and continued on Taking orders. Finally, she took my payment and when she went to hand me my order, she held on to it when I went to grab a hold of it and jerked it back, causing bag to rip and napkins fall out. Than she put bag back on counter and closed the window and didn’t say anything. I sat there looking at my order. I than called the store and asked to speak to manager. During the phone conversation, someone else came to the window and handed me my order. Which was cold. I sent a message to Taco Bell. They gave me a $10 voucher. Wow! What a horrible experience. Especially knowing how their standards used to be about customer service, I worked for Taco Bell, directly to the Bell Family during High School. I always patronize Taco Bell every where I go. I don’t know what this person’s problem was? Felt like she didn’t want to wait on me because I was a different race than her because she obviously didn’t want my business. Will never go back to ‘tis location. This gal needs to be taught customer service. The management should not allow some like her taking...
Read more6/29/24 Went through the drive-thru around 9:15PM, I ordered a Double Stack Taco and Loaded Beef Nacho. Upon receiving my order once I pulled over to eat what I had just paid for, I noticed the Loaded Beef Nachos were completely Caked in Salt on every chip to the point it was absolutely inedible. I had French fries from other places in the past that had a bunch of salt but I have Never experienced anything like this. After 2 or 3 bites that tasted like eating straight spoonfuls of salt I was no longer going to chance it, as I have High Blood Pressure and that is a danger to my health.
Now based on the demeanor of the staff inside the store, that can be heard out in the drive thru, and common sense would stipulate that it probably would be unwise to go and ask for a remake of what they possibly did deliberately in the first place.
The only time this location was tolerable was around a month or moreso ago when I went inside to eat, and it was apparent they were having a corporate walk of sorts, then suddenly the crew/team members treated customers in the likes of Chick-fil-A employees do.
Do yourself a favor, and if you are in the area by all means go to the location on Dorsett Rd in Maryland Heights as it's an overall better store...
Read moreProbably the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a few years. I try to be extremely understanding because I’ve worked in the service industry for a decade but when you run out of something, please, tell your customers. Nothing is more frustrating than getting home realizing 4 out of the 5 items you ordered are missing an ingredient or not there altogether. I ended up going back to try to get my order fixed, when I let them know my tacos were falling apart and I would like them to remake them they said we can’t do that. I then offered to just buy new tacos, which only seemed to make them more frustrated. I’m only writing this because I really tried to handle this situation as calmly and respectfully as possible but clearly the customer is never right at this location.
Edit: after reading some other reviews i noticed others were having the same problem. Again, I understand that things are difficult with the worker shortage, but if someone at Taco Bell reads this please, train your employees to treat customers with respect. The amount of people who have found your staff to be pushy or rude is unsettling to...
