Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Overland

Original post in April 2017 =Absolutely terrible at completing your order on time. I have 30 minutes for lunch and call in 20-25 before my lunch even starts for the 10in lunch special with salad and soda. Today was the 8th! TIME! that my order was not ready and to top it off this time it wasn't even in the oven for the first 5 minutes I stood waiting in their cramped lobby! You may think I'm exaggerating about it being the 8th time but I can assure you it was in fact the 8th time. I go typically once maybe twice a week and in the last 2.5 months they have managed to miss the timeline, make the wrong size pizza, or forget the bacon and add it at the last minute not even cooked into the cheese, 8 TIMES! DO NOT ORDER OR EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION! (Fyi little Caesars has a pretty darn good thin crust and is 2 minutes from this Imos)

July 2018= So I waited about 1 year and 3 months to return. There was a completely different crew except maybe one guy that I recognized. I called 25 mins ahead and still my pizza was not ready when I arrived. Not only that but once again they forgot to add the pepperoni to my Bacon & Pepperoni pizza.... they cooked some peps separately and threw them on. By the time I made it back to work it had taken 22 mins of my lunch break and the pizza was slightly warm. Maybe I'll return next year and update again, but for now just AVOID THE FRUSTRATION there are alot of other places...

Overpriced, joke! I will never order from here again! If you want to have horrible I mean horrible customer service, than you can't charge like you do. I happened to have a coupon, (my ONLY reason for ordering from here last night). I called and the girl who answered asked me for my address 3 TIMES in the first 5 min. I actually asked her if she could please write it down and she replied yes, then I spelled it for her. I then ordered 2 pizzas on my debit card for delivery. She said 45 min...1 HOUR and 10 MIN later, still no pizza. I called and another girl answered, I explained my name and order, she said that my pizza was in route and would be at my house any minute. 20 minutes later, now being a FULL HOUR and a HALF, still no pizza. I called AGAIN, finally the manager explains that they didn't have my address and he apologized. He said that he could recook me a pizza and have it to my house in another 45 min. HAHA are you kidding me?! No thanks. I would like a refund please. I still don't have my refund but I was surely charged. After dealing with Imos in St. Ann which is just as bad, this is it for me. IMOS...

Arrived to pick up order tonight . As I walked in a lady was sweeping the floor didn’t greet me at all . She then walked to the counter with AirPods sticking from her ears just looking at me . Never asking asking how can I help you ! I then processed to tell her my name to pick up my order ! Can you believe after placing my order on the counter she could talk ! She asked me would I pay with card or cash . Can you believe I still tipped he 20% on a $15 12” pizza . lol crazy me , she didn’t even say thank you nor have a great night ! Please hire someone with customer service skills or someone who can pretend they like the customers who patronize a business that is contributing to their paycheck ! Nevertheless I thought about asking for my tip back . However I figured she will need it more due to her terrible customer service . O job in their right mind would keep her . I visit this imos frequently due to having a business up the road. I like to give the cook 5 stars because the food is always delicious . She deserves 0 ! A robot could do her...
