Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Overlea

The Rita's in Overlea off Belair Rd is poorly run and staff has a bad attitude. I've been to several Rita's and this is the only one like this. I ordered a gelato with gummy bears. It's always made with the gummy bears in the italian ice, but the employee refused to do this and put, quite literally, just 6 gummy bears on top of half melted custard. Half of those rolled off before I got back to the car. And when I politely pointed this out, she rolled her eyes at me. I'm not kidding. I almost walked away, but I was in a hurry to leave and wanted something cold to eat. She said nothing to me after taking my money and slammed the window shut. A warning to all parents. Be very careful and attentive when allowing your child to work at this location. The owner here is not professional when dealing with his staff. He told my 16 year old son (who is non-confrontational) that he is a disappointment to God, his family and himself. This was stated among other inappropriate things but I won't go into detail. That kind of person should not have a staff (especially minors). And unfortunately, the kids deal with it to keep a job. Very disappointed. This location they're not making their product correctly. I live walking distance across the street from them and I've gone several times and the item that I would like to get is available.But every time I get it, it tastes so off it tastes so bad.I've left a message for the owner to give me a call.Which he has not, I called again.And left another time my information.But I could walk to this location when I get the bad item.I have to go home get in my car and drive to another location.Which is very inconvenient.I like to support my neighborhood and my neighborhood business.And i'm not able to do that if I keep...
