Wawa — Restaurant in Oviedo

This location has convinced me to NEVER, EVER patronize another Wawa location ever again. I will NEVER shop here again. Absolutely disgusting experience every. Single. Time. I’m going to make hating Wawa a personality trait after this.

2nd edit: This location STILL does not carry mashed potatoes. They have 3000 other options that are all stuffed with meat but the single vegetarian item they offer is ALWAYS out of stock. Why in earth has this location been out of potatoes for literally YEARS??

2 year edit: Somehow in two years this place has not gotten any better. Still constantly out of things but now they let you pay before they tell you the item is unavailable and THEN they refuse to help remove the items from the receipt.

I'm appalled I came here for lunch and gave them my money just to be stressed to the point my appetite is gone. Awesome.

Usually have an ok time but today i ordered for delivery and they called and said they were out of mashed potatoes and would cancel the order. They did not cancel is and i was charged nearly $20 for a cookie and preztel and all the delivery fees to not even get what i ordered :(. Am very disappointed they call to tell me and i told them to cancel it and they said they would and then did not.

Edit: has been about a month since I wrote this review and have tried multiple times a week always between the hours of 9a and 3p and this Wawa hasn’t had mashed potatoes ONCE. I don’t know who does your ordering, but seems weird to be totally out of such a basic item so so...

if i could give zero i would. i came in on a weekend to get gas and food, they were having a problem with the pump i prepaid outside and had to go in to tell them it wasnt working, then they proceeded to charge my card 7 different times, ( 2 $1 charges, 2 $35 charges, 2 $51 charges & a $2 charge ) i only made two out of 7 of these purchases. i spoke with a manager who said she was gonna reverse the transactions and it should reappear in 10-15 mins. that did not happen, went back in & was told to contact my bank & see how long that takes on their end. it wasnt until today that when i checked my account, all the charges were off my account except the legitimate ones made, BUT i only had $32 refunded out of $123 that was originally taken from my account on that weekend from wawa. i contacted my bank who told me at this point since they can no longer see the 5 extra charges as they were dropped, if the full amount wasnt refunded, that was a mistake on wawas end and there was nothing they could do to file a claim whatsoever. i then called wawa and explained, where they then told me i was only charged for gas and food that night and all those extra charges were on hold and shouldve returned in full to my account. i explained i was missing a significant amount of that refund and the response i got was “well ive never seen that in my career.” yea, well ive never seen such a well respected establishment take money and not refund the full amount. guess i wont get groceries this week....

Gillian is extremely lazy and has poor customer service skills

I ordered a oat refresher and asked her to “not make it to sweet” (a request i make all the time in different Wawa that is easy ti accomodate)

Instead of simply accepting my request - she started explaining how it’s a “sweet drink” and proceeds to mindlessly make it without taking into account what im saying.

She hands it to me, and once I have a sip, its extremely sweet

(I order this drink all the time - all you need to do is add more oatmilk, and less of the strawberry blush syrup thing and thats it

I asked her to do it again and explained the same thing. She did do it (now extremely bland - i feel like on purpose)

Such a easy request made difficult...
