My new favorite Vape shop. This place feels like home, except everyone is a helpful vape pro instead of telling me to take the garbage out everyday, lol :) Me and the wife love how comfy the store feels - the people working and the atmosphere really play a big role in this, and its not easy to accomplish, yet they manage it with ease and sincerity. I consider myself an advanced user and my wife a novice - yet neither of us have ever felt belittled or stupid while talking or asking questions (people actually do still care - they just all work here). The store always has the latest and greatest in stock, and the knowledgeable staff will guide you if you need/want it - and not to the most expensive item in the store either, they sell you what you need, based on your like/dislikes. I actually was talked out of a more expensive device i was set on buying after one of these discussions - and I was pleasantly surprised that it worked out, but i was more shocked that Kevin was more concerned that i got what i needed based on what i was telling him, and he had zero concern about the money. he wanted to deliver a device that would make me happy, but what he delivers is a vape experience like nowhere else. (Maybe he should be called santa vape?) I used to budget shop on Ebay (90% of it was junk i couldn't use), for a few extra dollars, I get the experience, support, and expert advice that's worth far more then a few saved dollars for a device that's typically sketchy and not quality. I can see, touch and test devices to make a better choice - backed by knowledgeable expert advice on the spot, and IF I ever had an issue, they are still right there, just as eager to help

I moved here from NJ a few months ago. I brought 4 bottles of juice with me when I moved. I had the life there with being able to have any flavor of juice or nicotine content made right in the store. I recently ran out of the last of my juice. I was desperate to find a new store. I went to the vape shop right next to my apartment, and boy was that a mistake. I will not name the place, but it was full of young kids who had no product knowledge at all. I needed something so I made a purchase, and was not happy. Thinking i was going to have to quit vaping. I was sitting in traffic one day when I looked up and saw the sign for Mountain Oak Vapors. It was like a sign from above. I cut across 4 lanes of traffic to many angry yells and beeps. A few middle fingers later, and I was pulling in to the parking lot. When I first walked through the door, I knew this place knew what they were doing. I wish I can remember the name of the guy who helped me, but he was the best. He took the time to talk to me and find out what my taste was. And his suggestion..... Fizzy Lemonade...... Absolutely Perfect!!!! I love the taste. My only gripe, and this is only because I am from NJ, I wish they made juice in-house, as to be able to get your own nicotine content, or VG/PG ratio. He signed me up for the rewards card, and even checked to see what coils I use, to make sure they have them to sell. I am so glad I have found this store, and that it is not far from where I live at all. I would absolutely suggest Mountain Oak Vapors to anybody who vapes. They know what they are doing. Even the person who was helping someone else took the time to say hello and ask how I was. Exceptionally knowledgeable staff and all extremely friendly... I have definitely found my new...
