Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Owatonna

I would like to take a moment and share with you the experience I had at this Caribou in Owatonna. It has been a few weeks since I went there but it just hasn't left my mind cause it was that good!!

I travel a lot for work and by far this was the best Caribou I've been to in a long time. I would like to thank Desi, Erich, Justice, Anna, and Martina all who were working there at that time for the amazing experience and excellent service.

I was blown away by the quick and friendly service that the young gentleman and 4 amazing women gave at the walk up window and making my coffee and the pure fun energy that this store had. As well as the coffee it was astounding and the food was delicious!!

Also thank you all for wearing your name tags so that I could remember your names and give you all the absolute 5 star rating you all deserve!! Keep up the amazing work!!

I was so happy to come to Caribou on a rough day and to hear the most friendly guy voice I have ever heard at a drive through. The staff is so amazing here and the drinks are so good. I would like to shout out to Desi and Erich who are both employees here!! They made my day so much. If I could give them 10/10 star rating I would. Thank you for making my day so much better!! We both got the same thing (ho ho mint)but hot and iced and they do not taste the same at all. Hot one is overly sweet with no mint and iced all you taste is peppermint. Both were pictured with whip but when I asked they refused to give me whip because it's an extra charge. My family owns an ice cream shop and I know that whip on one drink is such a low cost and customer satisfaction is way more important. There are so many better...
