Went through the drive thru a week ago on my way to work and ordered food to have for lunch at work. Went to lunch at 10:30 that night and noticed they forgot part of my order. I figured no big deal, I would swing by there the next day on my way to work and show them the receipt and have it replaced. The manager was very rude and refused to replace my sandwich and said I should have called the day before. I told her they were closed by the time I noticed it. She said even though they closed at 10 they were there until 10:30 and would have answered the phone. I asked how was I supposed to know that? Either way she still refused to replace the missing item and went off on a tangent about people trying to get free food. I figured the place was individually owned so I asked for the franchise owner's phone number. Instead she gave me the corporate number. The person at corporate took my details and said she would have the franchise owner get in touch with me. As of 3 days later that still had not happened so I emailed corporate explaining the situation and STILL no response over a week later. Obviously none of these people care about customer satisfaction or retention. I would usually visit this location a couple of times a week to get myself and my wife food for dinner at work. Read moreLast week I went with a friend to Culver's. We had a cashew caramel mixer and a turtle mixer. They were thick and creamy. They had bites of caramel, fudge, and nuts. Very tasty. In fact, they were so good we decided to go back today. We ordered the same items. But this time there were no bites of anything except a few nuts at the bottom. It was mixed so much that you really couldn't tell which kind of mixer it was. It was more like a milkshake.In fact, I did drink some of it. We thought that maybe the ice cream machine was broken and not freezing correctly. Although we were disappointed in the ice cream, this is not really my complaint. My low rating has more to do with the comments from the manager when we asked him about it. He said that turtle and caramel mixers are supposed to be "runny" and "soupy." When we told him that we had had one last week that was delicious, he actually started apologizing and telling us it wasn't fixed correctly if it wasn't thin.
