This used to be a great place to order from and my family & I were quite regular customers. It seems as if the business is being ran completely horribly now, not sure if management or ownership has changed, but the woman (Brittany Shartzer) who claims to own the business is extremely rude, immature and very much a liar. My last 3 orders were wrong.. one was missing items and they were redelivered an hour later, but she charged me another delivery fee for the items they forgot! Then a comp I was told I’d be given for another incorrect order was then refused when I tried to reorder it. When trying to order that replacement, she would make snide remarks then hung up on me (3 times in a row). I’ve been a regular customer (sometimes ordering twice a week) for 3 1/2 years and never had an issue with my orders until the last couple months and definitely never had an issue with their customer service until recently. I am just very disappointed as this was our ‘go to’ favorite place for take out/delivery and now I could not be paid to eat anything that came from this woman’s management/ownership, or whatever she actually is to this business. I called the other location looking for higher management since she refused to speak to me and kept hanging up on me, I was told this has been an issue with her lately, I was not the only one with the same issues and she was lying about being an owner. Read moreI’ve been eating here for the past 7 years! It’s been amazing. I crave it literally every day! Lately though it hasn’t been the best, I’m never the one to complain but I felt like I needed to share this. This past tuesday I decided I wanted some 54. I tried calling and nobody would answer. That’s fine & understandable. I get here and a customer was mad because his pizza was burnt and he drove about 20 min to get there. That’s fine that happens but there was also another women waiting and when she got her food she decided to check it… well one of hers was burnt as well :// I got my breadsticks and I pull up to my destination to eat.. It was hot and fresh and it looked delicious.. I get to eating and it was the worst taste i’ve ever tasted from there :// The breadsticks tasted very sour and like a bourbon taste.. I was talking with someone I work with who recently left there, that had worked there for years. She basically told me that if it tasted like that the dough was bad / green… I know they had to have known that. The stuffed breadsticks also used to be around $7-$8 & now it’s $11 and some change ::///// Every time I go there, both locations.. there’s always someone complaining about the food now or a big mess up. Read moreIf you don't know yet, 54 has the absolute best food in town. Especially the stuffed breadsticks, my favorite. I order it every other weekend when I work. The ladies I work with at the OHRH Call Center know and everyone comes in ready for lunch because we all know it's excellent and correct every single time! With all the snow this week, Elizabeth was working on Friday night, and she called me to let me know that they would be opening later on Saturday because she knows I call around 1010am to place my order. She wanted to let me know they wouldn't answer until 11am instead. There are not too many people who would have thought of a customer for the next day, and to take that initiative to call me and let me know. That was so special to me!
