Real Hacienda Mexican Restaurant - 54 — Restaurant in Owensboro

We used the online ordering and ordered around 9pm after work to pick up on the way home for supper. Already paid and they processed the money from our account. Arrived at the 54 location to pick up our order at 9:30pm and they had closed and all lights were out. We called and got no answer. Google stated that they were open until 10pm so imagine the shock of seeing them closed and us not having the meal we had already paid for. The next day, I called to ask them what the problem was and they agreed to comp our meal for this next night since it was already paid for. The wife arrived at the time we agreed upon and the worker who got her order was apparently the one who decided to close early the night before and decided to scald my wife when she came to pick up our food. I am a business traveler who dines out a lot. i do not expect exceptional service every place i go, but at least get my order correct. I speak Spanish (not fluent, but well enough), but it has not mattered in my two visits. Both times i have been there now, i did not get what i ordered. The first time, i went ahead and ate what was brought to me. It was good, but not what i asked for. Tonight, i just got upset when they got it wrong the second time, so i left and went across the street to their competitor. For the record, i ordered off of the menu both times, so it is not as if i asked for special treatment that i didnt get. I literally just did not get what i asked for ......TWICE. Suffice it to say that I am "REAL"ly dissapointed in this Hacienda. Vaya Con Dios Hacienda....

We eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants and this was the worse experience ever. Maybe they was just having a bad day but we won't be back. We ordered drinks and two cheese dips. Waiter came back 8 minutes later with drinks and no dip. I figured his hands were full and he would be back. Never came back. Our chips were gone, no cheese dip and he came to take our order. I asked him to please get the cheese dip first then we would be ready to order. He brought the cheese dip and left and took 15 minutes to come back and take our order.
