Dunkin' — Restaurant in Owensboro

My food has been tampered with on more than one occasion. They added feces and urine to my drinks and dropped my donuts on the floor before giving them to me. They photograph my hands and post it to social media. Workers lie and say they "cant find the drink" or "cant find the name" and ask me repeatedly to give different names. The entire time the drink is next to the register. Many different tactics to antagonize me so they can record me without my consent. Disgusting. I have severe memory loss that, in this small town, the associates are aware of so I cant remember events that happen to me. NEVER RETURN and this place should be put out of business. If this happens to me then it has already happened to you. The associates that work there are a younger white woman in her earlier 20’s, slim with brown hair. Another is an older white man in his 30’s. A heavy set white woman in her 40 also...

Had a few bad experiences but this time will be the last one lol. The place is slower than slow and the selection is not that of other Dunkins. I ordered a 50 pack of assorted munchkins and a frozen coffee through the app. I had to wait in the drive through for no joke 40 minutes. For them to give me a completely liquid "frozen coffee", which the guy at the window could see me visibly disappointed with before he hit me with the "thank you" and quickly shut the window in my face. As for my assortment of donuts... 30ish plain, 10 chocolate and 10 blueberry....much different from the last time I ordered it and received probably 8 different kinds of donuts and a legit variety. Side note 30 PLAIN donut holes cost dollars at a NICE donut shop..so why would I pay so much if that's all you're gonna give here.. deffs won't be back...

We stopped and grabbed a few doughnuts. It was about 3 in the afternoon. The doughnuts tasted like they were made the day before. Very dry inside. Bought 6 mixed doughnuts. We split a jelly filled, but it maybe had a teaspoon of jelly in it if that and didn't even finish it because of taste. Threw the other 5 out when we got home. Walmart doughnuts are decent but better than Dunkin. This was our second try at Dunkin. First visit the doughnuts were the same dry and tasteless. We both became very sick that even after eating them. This was our second and last try. Won't go back. We'll make a trip to Krispy...
