Worst Service I have ever experienced anywhere! The girl taking my order huffed 3 times while taking the order because I had several questions about menu items. Then when arriving to window we had to wait 15 mins for our food which was fine, I am use to waiting...No Big Deal. However, when a guy (whom was the Manager handed us our food, he did not give us our drink.) I had to walk up to the window to ask for our drink because I had already drove away from window. I knocked on window and told the Manager that they didn't give us our Frozen Strawberry Lemonade and the Girl that took our Order Screams Loudly "Well I don't have it on your order so you will have to pay for it"..... Okay. I said back to her in the same ugly tone she used with me, "That is fine but we ordered the drink at the window." She Screams at me again, "You Will Have to Pay for It!" I said, "Here (Handing her my Card) just give me the Strawberry Lemonade. Then she actually had the nerve to tell me that she wasn't going to wait on me if I could not respect her! WHAT.... I just asked for the drink...She was the one yelling that I have to pay for it, which was totally fine I understand that I have to pay! I just said, "Please just give me the drink and handed her my card." When she returned she opened the Window and threw my Card at me.... REALLY! Then the Manager had the nerve to tell me if I wanted to return and be a Panera Customer that I needed to be nicer to his employees...WHAT!!!! I was not even trying to be mean, I just asked for my drink that I ordered! There was no reason to Scream at me or throw my Card in my Face........ Read moreStaff will blatantly lie about making their drinks incorrectly. Employees and then also the supervisor working at the time then gaslight customers when they make their drinks incorrectly. We have been regulars that pulled through the drive thru as sips club customers paying for the subscription. Staff has gotten tired that we pull up daily to grab our coffee and has purposely started making our coffee incorrectly or they just don't care. Staff became rude and confrontational after being confronted on coffee being made incorrectly as well. Spoke to Ryan in the past about this issue, service and quality improved for a very short time and then went back to being bad service and inconsistent. Read moreOne of my employees order food for delivery from Panera today and the driving put in the incorrect address (she gave the correct address) and so the food was delivered elsewhere instead of where it was suppose to go. Mind you I just got food delivered from Panera so not sure why one driving has it right and the other wrong. She called Panera and was told that there was nothing that they could do she needs to call DoorDash who told her there was nothing they could do because she ordered through Panera. I think it is Panera's responsibility to make sure that the food is delivered because she ordered it through them and they say that they deliver. It does not matter who they deliver through.
