Hadn't been to the restaurant in about 10 years. We wanted to try it after all that time. We arrived to dine in, seated ourselves and waited for about 15 before being acknowledged. There were 2 other people seated. After being acknowledged, it was another 20 minutes before we were able to order. The main meat was not even available, was told that after I placed my order and she took the menu, was told they would load up on the other 2 meats in my dish. In the meantime, the other couple left, minutes later another couple came in.. so literally ourselves & another couple & that was it for the duration of our visit. Our soup was brought to us in THE SMALLEST cup I've ever seen. I looked and there were 2 wontons. I thought, "Geez, we are spending an obscene amount for 2 dinners, 2 drinks & an appetizer, I'm not a glutton by far but they are cheap." We waited another FORTY FIVE MINUTES for our meal came. Nobody else came in, the other table wasn't asking for anything, so that sucked. When it arrived, there was no extra meat as promised, so that was a disappointed. She stated, " the flavor in this dish was amazing. " I thought, "wth, did ya dip into it to taste it?" It was flavorless. It was truly flavorless. This review makes me sound like I'm a difficult person to please, I assure you that I'm not, it was truly a HORRIBLE experience! We had to flag her down, after sitting there approximately 15 after finishing, for our check. She brought our containers and literally started grabbing our food and putting it into the containers while mixing things together. It was just weird! Horrible, the owner could be a little bit nicer, she comes across as being rushed or nasty. And the place needs to be cleaned up. She always is unorganized and makes me think. What does the back kitchen look like? well, I looked It is Very filthy.
My friend Ordered food there one time with me and told me it was nasty and that I should try a different place. He suggested, the China House of Oxford Michigan.
I cannot believe the difference. The food is exceptional. The people that work at china house are very nice and the food is excellent. I've eaten here now over twenty times And I haven't been disappointed once.
Goodbye, golden dragon you've lost my business for good. When walking in the door from the back, it appeared to be mouse droppings, which disgusted me. It is a total mess. I walked into the front door one time and the manager yelled at me. Because they do not open for sit-down Service until 4 pm.
You can keep your horrible food your dirty filthy place, And you're nastiness to yourself. I don't need to be spending my money on horrible food and someone who's always nasty and rude, That doesn't keep their place clean and Mouse droppings coming from the back door, It made me sick. And I no longer wanted my order Knowing that mice are running around your kitchen and getting into your food.

Read moreMy husband ordered carry out. When it was opened at home, my son said there was a couple hairs in the gravy. My husband called the restaurant and asked if he could bring the order back, because the rest would get cold while we drove there. When we got there, the lady opened the gravy and pulled out a long black hair. Then she pointedly looked at me. (I have brown hair and it was up in a pony tail), I told her I wasn't in the room when the dinner was opened up. She then opened the rice and stuck her finger down in it and told my husband "it's still hot". She then offered to refund our money, but would not remake the food since the rice was still hot. We decided to accept the refund, due to not only having no gravy but no rice since she stuck her finger in it. I am very disappointed in the service tonight. I am upset at the simple fact that there was hair in the gravy and we were offered no apology. (No one bothered to check to see if the other items we had were still hot). In the end, all we wanted was our full order remade. Instead she put the refund through and told us it would take 3-5 business days to go through. We left and ordered carry out from another restaurant but are still feeling the sting of the way we were treated tonight.
