Guido's Premium Pizza Oxford — Restaurant in Oxford Charter Township

This place is a joke, I have been going to other guidos pizza locations for 8+ years, hundreds of pizzas and they are fantastic EVERY single time. Every time we try this location it's screwed up, burnt 8+ times or they don't have the correct size box so they short me, and here is the latest, a large pizza 12" x 12" advertised, see photo maybe 11"x11" if you're lucky! On top of that we got a full size bread that in the picture looked like a substantial meal. It was tiny.

In response to the owners comment. Maybe you need some bigger pans to deliver the pizza as advertised? Normally dough does not shrink. I've made enough pizza and bread to know if anything it hopefully expands. We're talking about over 2 feet of pizza at 1 inch wide is missing from what is advertised, that's multiple large pieces of pizza you are shorting your customers. Either way this review has almost 3000 views so you can either bless me some more or just improve your business. I pick up my Guidos pizza in Pontiac and drive 30+ mins to Oxford in rush hour not because I enjoy having to heat it back up or eat it cold but because it has been made perfectly every single time...

Though it can be a little pricey the pizza is 100% worth it! I always get the bbq chicken pizza and it never disappoints. They have had some issues with staffing recently, but who hasn’t. If you’re going through Oxford and want pizza, this is definitely the place to go! Haven’t had a pizza that tastes this good anywhere else (which speaks volumes because I’m currently in college and it’s 45% of my diet). Per the one star review previously: if you cannot support a smaller business by buying a whole 6$ pizza, and you think them not offering a single slice to you (which they don’t offer regardless), warrants a bad review, you’re probably not the type of customer we want in...

Apparently outside the delivery area 8 miles away. The manager told the employee that they only deliver 6.5 miles from the store then when he got on the phone told me they only went 4.5 When I called him out on being a lire he felt offended said that I was getting rowdy. I told him I was willing to pay 3 times the delivery fee. He said they wouldn’t do it and in 10 years in pizza that was not a thing. Even though when I delivered pizza 15 years ago we would do it as long as they tipped well. I guess best of the best is a very loose term these days. Said ok food bad service, worse management. Jets is the same distance and they deliver. Won’t eat...
