Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Oxford Charter Township

Update: Since my original review I have now had 4 disappointing experiences with this location. It used to be consistent where the bottom had a nice crisp and crunch, the last 4 have all been soft and doughy which is not why I order jets. The crust flavoring has been forgotten twice and they are skimping on toppings significantly compared to other locations. I have also showed up 5-10 minutes after when they said to be there and had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. I’m not sure if management or ownership changed, but I will be going to the Baldwin or Lake Orion location going forward as I gave this location enough chances. Very disappointed

Jets is some of the best pizza in Michigan period. Anybody who is complaining here likely had a one bad experience or just doesn't like Detroit style pizza.

This location does a very good job on average. Tonight, (football playoffs) was the first subpar pizza we have gotten. Was not cooked long enough so the typical crunch was not there and they forgot the Cajun crust.

I ordered a salad online and customized it. But when it was delivered it was not what I ordered it was a regular salad that was old and wilted with nothing I ordered on it. This is not the first time this has happened. When I called and asked to speak to a manager she stated "Oh I am so sorry!" With no sincerity at all. I informed her that this was the 3 Rd time my order has been wrong. She stated she would give me a credit for next time. I asked, after getting the order wrong AGAIN, did she believe that people would keep coming back??? She stated "mistakes happen" and yes agreed they do, but 3 times are not mistakes, it's a complete lack of regard for customers. I asked for a corporate number and she stated I could look it up! Wow, customer service and apparently the ability to read are things from the past! Then she wanted the called to end so she started raising her voice, so I complied, (for those of you at the store have someone explain these big words to you)! Since moving back to Michigan in 2020 we have loved Jet’s Pizza! But our recent experiences with the Oxford location, both in person and via text have significantly dimmed our opinion. Due to dietary concerns we need to order our pizza without cheese on half of the pizza. For some reason they don’t seem to understand what this means. We’ve tried to order via text ... which goes through a California based call system, and they try to give us two pizzas ... one with cheese and one without. So we opted to forego the discount and call the local store direct. Our last effort takes the cake ... called the Oxford location, described to the associate very specifically what’re wanted, “One large, thin crust veggie pizza with cheese on one half.” What did we get ... a large, thin crust pizza with veggies on one half, no cheese, and only tomato sauce on the other half. We’re at a loss as to how to resolve this obvious disconnect between their order system and the kitchen other than to taking our...
