Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oxford Charter Township

I placed an order online, showed up just 5 minutes early for the order. I was not greeted upon entering the store. The employees in the back were all yelling at one another and arguing over who would “get the door” I was told my order wasn’t quite ready, no problem. I sat down to wait. They continued to be unprofessional in the back yelling, swearing, etc. I heard them talking about a pizza I ordered and how one of the employees messed up the order and they were all laughing about it and again cussing and using profanity. During this time another woman had walked in and again not greeted. She stood and waited. They did not have what she wanted and so she settled for what they had available. A man walked in after, again not greeted. When ‘Alex’ returned to the front and told me he has messed up my order. I let him know that everyone in the lobby could hear him along with his coworkers. When I asked if there was a manager he stated “yeah we’re all managers and the general manager is here too” However, no one came to the front to address the situation. He then started to help another customer and in the middle cut off the customer an yelled to the back “guys we just a got a complaint” Unbelievably unprofessional. When asked to speak to a manager I was told both young boys were managers but could not get the general manager and was told they did not have a contact number for him either. Will not be back to this location.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life! Sure, it was opening time and they still had to open stuff; but there is NO reason why someone at the front counter should say "I cant help you" and stare blankly at me. The proper way to greet a customer in that situation is "we will be with you in a moment", go back, and get a coworker. No, she screaches for "so-and-so get this lady" And when her coworker comes up front, and I ask for Italian Cheese Bread; instead of offering to make it with a wait at first, she simply says that they "only have it from 3-5" I know thats a lie because I always get Italian Cheese Bread from this location; and they offer to make it for me first thing every time no matter the time! I have lived in Oxford my whole life, gone to this location my whole life; and I have never felt so insulted! To add insult to injury, i just got home, and they BARELY put any italian seasoning on it! Never coming back and I would like to be in contact with the owner of this...

I placed an order for 5 Hot-N-Ready pizzas and I called on the way to make sure the pizzas would still be ready by the time I got there. I was told they would be still ready but when I arrived the door was locked even though there was still 13 minutes left until the store closed. Everyone was still working and the manager even looked up at me while counting money but continued to ignore me. I stood there for a couple of minutes until I realized the manager was just lazy and was going to keep ignore me. I had to call and explain to a seperate employee how I was just told that my order would still be ready. Luckily one of the other employees was nice enough to unlock the door for me and give me my order but it doesn’t excuse the managers low life attitude.
