On a COLD night...No restaurant should encourage you to sit down knowing that the heat did not work. The food was cold when it came out and continued to get colder as it sat because the air conditioning or lack of heat. It turns out they did not have heat for over 2 hours and knew it and yet they sat us down. Leaving us to figure it out for ourselves. When we brought it to their attention they had no intention to rectify the situation..or tell us not to order or that we may want to go elsewhere for comfort. I would have preferred to pay her for letting us know ahead of time so we didn't waste our time there let alone take our money for food that was cold and horrible. Perhaps they thought why make it taste good if they knew it was going to be called by the time it got to the table. Total lack of concern. I am absolutely positive the owner did not know this was happening or he would not have encouraged people to sit and eat and spend time in the cold if they were trying to get out of the cold. Customers who are turned off rarely come back. Though a regular customer..The lack of concern was what did it for me. ** Sadly I could not bring myself to come back for 6 months. It appears NOW that some of the wait staff don't really want their job but stay just to share their disgust for life, via demeanor, to the customers they serve. Though it shouldn't matter most often wait staff will recognize customers who have left substantial tips in the past ... Apparently this doesn't count either lol I refuse to give gratitude for grimaces. If they are determined to set me in that persons section because it is that person's "turn" you can bet that I turn around and walk out. I may not go back. No sense wasting my time. It's becoming the "one bad Apple ruins the whole thing " experience. Sad. .. Because I believe the owner deserves better. Feel free to give this place a chance...If your experience is less than pleasurable I'm sure you found the person or persons I'm referring to. And if you like salt you're going to love...

Food is excellent that is not the issue.
Employee communication amongst each other and customer satisfaction has to he drastically improved.
I did a carry out and the Lady told me it would take 20 minutes I said not a problem. I get there and my order did not even make it to the kitchen. So the manager told me that it would be the first order to be made. 15 minutes later I see numerous orders coming out and I asked the manager where is my order? She asked the kitchen and they still have not even started it nor did they have any idea of the order….
Even worse when they were grabbing the ranch for my order, I asked for a couple extra ones and the lady who forgot to give my order to the kitchen had the nerve to tell me that they’re gonna charge me .79$ and then the manager stepped in and said, don’t worry about it gee like really…
So I waited a total of 26 minutes for my order after my initial 20 mins I was told to be made standing there.
A bit of advice to you guys when you make a mistake not once, but twice a little bit of common sense you need to compensate the customer for messing up. I wouldn't have left this review if you guys just did the right thing for your multiple mishaps.
Please just improve your employee communication and customer service for mess ups on your end.

Deluxe meal that comes with SOUP... they upcharge the French onion an additional nearly $2 with NO warning. Waitresses seem like they're going through the motions and hate working there. Had to wait 5 minutes just to be cashed out. I was then charged a credit fee of $1 on top of everything else... and the sign they have is the size of a business card literally blocked from view by a chef figurine. I was surprised by the charge and said "wow a credit fee too?" and our waitress responds with "It's been there for years bro". Well this was our FIRST visit, "bro". Thanks for making it our last too. I told her she should not be acting like that in front of my child and she goes "she already knows how to talk back." Really, you know my child now after waiting on us for an hour? And barely at that.... didnt pay attention to refills or anything else. Absolutely horrible treatment, with subpar, overpriced food. To our waitress - You should be ashamed of how you acted in front of my 5 year old and all the families in the restaurant. Shame on you. This is not a family friendly establishment with waitresses like this...
