The service @1:54 am on 03/10/2023 was horrible. I do work as a food professional and I'm the guest that will have an inspector at your front door smoking while your staff is out front hanging on cars that maybe friends. Also standing in the door smoking has statues to adbide by. I went thru your 2nd lane in drive thru and your cashier was taking everyone's order in the 1st lane and the orders was coming to the 2nd screen. I was tired of waiting so I pulled up to the window and the cashier said pull back around. I said I was there for about 10 minutes. She said so, she said if you want food go back around. Its not our fault she didnt know what she was doing. As we where pulling off she said tell you guys her name in Terika, tyreka, or something of sort. This was my 2nd time at this restaurant and neither time was ok. After I seen what I seen I went ahead and called someone from the Mississippi Dept of Health and sent them photos of your hang out of your staff. That's also a great way for a stranger to walk in and rob you guys. I made the report for the owner of this establishments saftey, because your employees are going to cost you money is court. If you need to contact me, you can call the Capital building in Jackson and ask for the Head Chef. Dont offer me free food. I dont want it. Read moreI ordered curbside pickup from this McDonald’s on 8/31 at 10:35 PM and it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. After waiting 15–20 minutes with no food, I tried calling the store several times; no one answered. The drive-thru was wrapped around the building and not moving, the lobby was closed, so I finally gave up and left after waiting a total of 40-45 minutes.
I contacted corporate, who told me they’d submit a complaint and request a refund. I never heard a word back. After a week, I called the store again and finally spoke with a lady (name started with “S”) who was incredibly kind and apologetic. She told me to come back to get a refund. Honestly, it’s ridiculous to ask a customer to spend more time and gas to fix a mistake that was entirely theirs... but she was kind, so I agreed.
When I came back, the morning manager I dealt with was the complete opposite: not apologetic, unhelpful, and treated me like I was trying to scam them. It took me 15–20 minutes of back-and-forth just to get my money back, and they still didn’t refund the full amount. The entire ordeal cost me more time and money than the $14 refund was worth.

Went inside waited another 5 or so minutes before I was acknowledged only to be asked "Are you the one waiting for curbside?". After saying yes, I was handed a bag of food that wasn't edible. Biscuits weren't done and were just crumbled up in the wrapper on top on my burnt sausage patties. Bacon was burnt and little fragments that were thrown on top of cold egg. The food might as well been sitting in the fridge based on how cold it was. Last but certainly not least, I ordered a sweet tea with my food and sure enough I was handed a cup and there was no sweet tea in the lobby. So I had to go back to the counter to ask for sweet tea only to be handed a maybe half filled large cup of lukewarm sweet tea with melted ice with no explanation on why I didn't get a full cup. I had already wait around 4o minutes at this point, so I couldn't afford to wait any longer. I asked for a refund and intended to leave the food but the employee refused to acknowledge my request and continued to hand be the abysmal "meal" All around a completely unacceptable experience and...
