Went through drive thru ordered a platter just the platter with bacon and sausage, and 2 #23 with light cheese sauce they ask what kind of drinks I said oj hey asked for both I said no can I get a vanilla ice coffee, they asked me back on for both I repeat no a oj and an ice coffee, they ask me so you only want one #23? Really? Now I’m repeating for now a third time a number #23 with a oj and another #23 with a vanilla ice coffee, they didn’t even ask if I was done ordering and immediately just gave me the total. How do they know if I was done or not. I get to the window the lady cashing out seemed annoyed and like she didn’t want to be there repeated the order luckily everything was correct, I pay grab the food and drinks get home, the platter has no sausage or bacon, the burritos one had no sauce and the other had extra sauce. I was so annoyed at this point I didn’t even bother to go back. If I had to repeat myself three times there god forbid if I went back and tried to have them fix it. Do they not listen to customers and what they say and are they not reading the orders on special requests. I understand it’s fast food but the accuracy is horrible and /or the staff they have don’t understand English or know how to read it. Every time I go it seems like it’s something with my order that’s not right. I had to stop getting one of my favorite drinks cause they don’t make it right. I usually order the large ice coffee mocha they don’t even stir it so when you get it all the chocolate syrup is at the bottom last time I asked if they can stir it they gave me attitude and had the nerve to ask why I can’t do it myself. It’s not that I can’t do it myself but that’s your job your getting paid to do it if you don’t want to do your job then...
Read moreJack in the Box is the wild card of fast food — unpredictable in the best way possible. Whether you’re craving a loaded breakfast sandwich at midnight or curly fries at dawn, this place delivers with unapologetic boldness. The menu is a glorious fusion of comfort food chaos, where tacos, burgers, egg rolls, and milkshakes coexist in bizarre harmony — and somehow, it works.
What sets Jack apart is its refusal to fit inside the conventional fast food box. The Sourdough Jack is a standout — juicy beef layered with crispy bacon, melty cheese, and grilled sourdough that holds up bite after bite. Pair it with their signature curly fries, and you’ve got a combo that’s dangerously addictive.
The drive-thru is fast, the staff are surprisingly friendly (especially at 2 a.m.), and the value menu hits all the right notes. While some chains play it safe, Jack in the Box leans into the unexpected — and that’s what makes it brilliant.
It’s not gourmet. It’s not meant to be. It’s greasy, over-the-top, and sometimes downright weird. But when the craving hits, nothing else comes close. Jack in the Box isn’t just fast food — it’s an experience. And one...
