Wedgewood pacific tower review Pro’s We truly did have a great time at our wedding at Wedgewood, and we will never forget 10/02/2021 with a pandemic still going on, with all of our family, and friends to help us celebrate our special day

We have a lot of Pro’s and Con’s about Wedgewood Pacific Tower I believe we had the first Nightmare Before Christmas theme wedding at Wedgewood.

The view from the 22nd floor is amazing. The ceremony room is very nice with a great view for amazing pictures. Staircase is elegant, especially when you put flowers all around the railings. The reception room is big with lots of room for the tables to be spread out. Shelves with glass to put display your pictures, items if you’re having a theme, etc.…

With the Wedgewood, you get a wedding planner to help plan your wedding. At Wedgewood it comes with its own vendors, a DJ, Photographer, Baker for Cake, Florist, and many more. You can choose from a buffet dinner, or sit-down dinner, we chose Buffet Manybell’s Creations Florist, some miscommunications in the beginning, but in the end, Maribel did a fantastic job on the flowers for ceremony, tables, and Staircase. Photobooth was great, and fun to use.

Con’s The security guards for the building truly suck bad! Outside taking pictures and video before the wedding started, we were locked out of the building, cause guards were no where to be found to open door, we waited outside for almost 20 minutes trying to get in. We went with our own Vendors except for the Florist and photobooth A lot of miscommunications with vendors of what’s included in the package, with vendors most things are a up charge depending on what you want. My wife had her vail down before her music started, the wedding coordinator told her to put it back up, and she would tell her when to put it down, and the coordinator forgot to tell her to put it back down. We had Amanda as our coordinator in the beginning and middle, but we were not informed that Amanda didn’t work for Wedgewood anymore, and now we would have new coordinators We were asked what specialty drinks we would like to have as our first drink. My wife wanted a Pina Colada, and Blue Hawaiian, day of wedding, we sat down for dinner, we asked about our drinks, we were told that Wedgewood was supposed to call us to tell us they didn’t have blender to make her Pina Colada, she chose an apple martini which she said was not that good, and Bar Tender messed up on my Blue Hawaiian, Bar Tender puts in way too much Liquor so the drinks are way to damn strong Bakery, don’t return phone calls, emails, wanted to upgrade on everything, and basically 80% of the cake would be Fondant Wedgewood said they are looking for a new bakery. We went with A Sweet Design in Granada Hills, she did an amazing job on our 3 tier Nightmare before Christmas wedding, she used Oreo Butter Crème instead of Fondant DJ Robin, she probably is a good DJ, no website to look at her work, we went with Tasty Sounds Entertainment in Van Nuys, they did a great job Photographer, I interviewed the vendors ones, we couldn’t get a good vibe with them, and yes maybe they are great, but we hired our own. We went with Eugene Photography and Video, they took such amazing pictures and video of the wedding, ceremony, Bride, Groom, and everything else. The buffet dinner. Unfortunately, we were not able to do a food tasting cause of the pandemic. The food 50% said it was great, and the 50% said it was not bad, but the prime rib was very fatty, and very rare, we have to agree with the 50% said it was not bad. The Sweet and Tangy meatballs, Mini Shrimp Tostada for Hors d’oeuvres were great. Dinner Panko Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and Three cheese scalloped potatoes, and Oven Roasted Salmon were great, everything else was just ok. The slide show for pictures, they said they got a new DVD player to play USB, but they didn’t, it took them a long time to figure out another way to play it in another section of the room. My hubby and i got married 4/7/2018 and we highly recommend Wedgewood Weddings Pacific View Tower Club.

Pros: Angie and Ginny are so knowledgeable with what they are doing. They are very efficient and approachable. they have tons of recommendations on how can we flawlessly proceed with our wedding party. it's basically a one-stop shop for all your wedding party needs. we got our invites through Wedgewood as well and our ring pillows, flutes and a lot more and they are all very pretty. we also had live Betta fish for each table and both of them allowed us to store it a day before the party so we won't be rushing transporting the Bettas during our wedding day. we love the planning binder that they have provided. it was very structured. the glasscase in the reception venue is very pretty especially if you really have a good stylist working on it. we love how the glasscase turned out during our wedding.

Cons: Angie and Ginny weren't there on the day of our wedding reception (but we have our own planner/stylist so it's okay). the tables were laid out slightly close to each other so there's a very small space for my hubby and i to move around considering that my wedding gown train is kinda long. i believe the table layouts can be improved. the per person price is expensive especially if you have kids/teens attending cos they pay full adult price (with $8 discount) for that. i think this part can be considered. yes, it is pricey but considering that it's a one-stop shop and efficiency of these ladies, we can say it's sort of reasonable (except for the 5-21 yrs old full...

My husband and I had our wedding through Wedgewood wedding Pacific view tower club on 06/12/18. We are not locals (we actually live 9+ hours away from this location) and we found this venue online. From the beginning we knew we wanted a wedding that was beautiful and unique; something that would be memorable. As we continued to be drawn to this particular venue, we came in contact with the Wedgewood team. Based on the great reviews and the very friendly staff, we decided to be brave and go all in by choosing this location without visiting first. Everything was based on faith and trust in the Wedgewood team and I couldn't be happier with our decision. They were able to work with a very tight budget and they were so understanding! They went above and beyond what I imagined a wedding team would do. I didn't feel pressured or stressed; quite the opposite, they were so organized and helpful through the entire process! It was absolutely amazing! We were blown away with the beauty of the location as well as the friendly staff throughout the reception and may I mention the delicious food! Our destination wedding was such a success and all of our guests were so impressed with the views, the food, the organization throughout the event, and everything in between. Thank you Wedgewood for helping us make our wedding dreams come true!!
