Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oxnard

I honestly like the deep-dish pizzas & wings from this place...yummm, just one big problem: Every time I place an order to go pick up later, they ALWAYS say my order will be ready in 15-25 minutes. I go pick up at around 40-45 minutes later, I get there & my order is still not ready; they tell me its going to be an additional 10-15 minutes...20 minutes later its finally ready. So basically, it takes them 1 hour to have an order ready...IF THEY DON'T GIVE AWAY MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE too, because it has happened!!! Soo much for the 15-25 minutes they say, its BS that there always waisting my time & over-testing my patience at this place for a damn pizza & wings. I've cancelled & ask for my money back half of the times too for exactly the same reason, this is why this place gets a 2 star from me...they could easily get a 4 star but they seemed not to want it. ( This does not apply to the Hot & Ready that they always have, I custume make my order & place it; otherwise I would always be in & out of there all...

The worst service you can expect! I understand your getting a cheap pizza yet have them ready when you advertise a few of the variety to be ready from 4pm to 8pm. I have gone once every week for the past three weeks with the same response we sold out. Yet if there is a line and you wait 10 to 15 mins, because there's only one cashier or if there is no line you have the same response. It's a joke and ridiculous. I have learned my lesson I will just order a pizza from Toppers they are better and take the same amount of time to make.

Note: If you ask for a corporate number they say to look on line. They are too busy or arrogant to provide the number. Sent my daughter for my order and they forgot to give her our breadsticks I called and got credit came in tonight for dinner again this time I came to make sure it’s all right and nope they forgot one of my pizzas so I had to order it and wait for my third pizza they didn’t even apologize for there mess up absolutely shocked by how this location handles the customers then I try to redeem my credit on the breadsticks and the so called manager came out and said she couldn’t find it so oh well basically so absolutely upset with these experiences back to back I run a business and will have nothing but negative comments about this location on rose to all my customers SHAPE UP AND RE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYESS THEY REPRESENT LIL CESARS DO BETTER...
